We have been looking for a house for months and we had a tight schedule as the kids were about to start school in Surrey and The personal agent helped us find a home, the referencing and moving in was quick.Chris made everything so easy for us as we are moving from London, we explained all our needs and schedules and he made it easy for us, he was very efficient, replied all our emails on time. I remembered one Saturday we were running late to meet up at the property and he waited past his hours just to accommodate us and help us with all our enquiresI told him when I am ready to buy a property he definitely will be my agent, his customer service was A*

We got the keys today to our new home and we can't recommend the Personal Agent highly enough. We felt we got to know staff really well throughout our buying journey - Morgan and Adam were super helpful finding properties that 'ticked the boxes' for our criteria, always knowledgeable with our questions, and really supportive through the ups and downs of finding a place to buy. Really felt that it was a team effort in helping us find a home! Sarah was a superstar when it came to sales progression, preserving my sanity on many an occasion! Communication with the entire team was always clear, prompt and attentive. We wouldn't hesitate to use the Personal Agent in the future in either buying or selling our home. We used the Personal Agent to sell our house, we also purchased our new house through them. The got the house on the market quickly, with good photos and video. They organised an open house within a few days, and we got 3 offers. The selling process hit some delays and their sales progresser Frank was excellent at keeping the chain together and dealing with buyers, sellers, their agents, solicitors and financial advisors. We have been happy with the whole service.

Lies exposed by meeting seller face-to-face

We had the advantage of being a chain-free buyer. We put an offer in on a property and Personal Agent told us that we were up against one other buyer who was also chain-free. They persuaded us to increase our offer, which we did and we purchased the property. We later met the seller in person and they told us we were the only chain-free buyer who made an offer. So it seems that we paid more for the property because the estate agent lied.They were also the cause of a lot of contention between us and the seller throughout the purchase and seemed to enjoy stirring up whatever trouble they could. Zero integrity and professionalism.

My experience with the Personal Agent has been fantastic. Having dealt with over 30 agents in South West London I can honestly say that the Personal Agent provided me with the best service - no sales tactics just a helpful, friendly and highly personal service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris, who went over and above to meet my needs. Chris was responsive, professional and helpful at all times through the process and has helped find us our dream rental at a time when the market is highly competitive. Best letting agent I’ve ever let from

The personal agent were brilliant with communication through every step of my tenancy. They would always email in the first instance and follow up with a phone call a few hours later in case I missed an email. All staff at the office were polite and pleasant, and wanted to help as much as possible even if the person I was after wasn’t around. Bradley was very accommodating when booking in my viewing, and was very excited to rent out the property to me. He stayed late the evening I applied to rent the flat in order to confirm it that same night so I didn’t have to wait till the next day. I will definitely reach out to the personal agent to rent in the future, and recommend to friends and family.

One of the worst viewing experiences ever for a property was with your Epsom branch agent “R” She couldn’t treat us any worse starting from trying to change the appointment’s time after being confirmed by email and sms (unprofessional), then standing outside the property door declaring that I had only got 2 minutes (when I was still in my car upon arrival when I actually had at least 8 min time slot), then refusing to allow me to the garden and literally pushing me out of the property after 2 min (when my time slot still had 5 more minutes) When I complained I was ignored. I am not sure if this property is truly for sale or is what happened just being unprofessional. But both ways, I don’t think dealing with this agent is worth my wasted time

This is the first property I’ve bought and was quite apprehensive about the process due to stories from friends who used other agents and had quite a bumpy ride. Our whole experience though with the Personal Agent was really positive. John was informative, helpful and easy to communicate with.
