We received a fantastic service from The Personal Agent during the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. We had been with another agent beforehand who were useless meaning it was breath of fresh air switching to these guys. Sue from Sales was fantastic in pushing our property onwards as well communicating frequently with us before and after viewings. She has real passion for selling properties and we felt confident having her on our side. Once under offer, Sarah from sales progression was also brilliant and pushed our sale on as much as possible. All our calls were answered promptly and voicemail returned within an hour or two. No complaints and highly recommended.

A pleasure to work with

A relative recommended this company to let and manage my property. I dealt with Bradley Snape in the Epsom office, who was incredibly helpful at guiding me through the process of renting out my property. He was more than happy to answer any questions. As soon as my property was ready to be marketed Bradley ensured it went up online, the photos were done and it was let out in just over a week. Callum was also a pleasure to work with, showing tenants an around the property. They’re an incredibly knowledgable company and the office staff are really responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend them. I’ve been kept up to date at every stage. I can see why they’ve got such a good reputation on the area.

Just sold my property with Personal agent and we have been really pleased with the whole experience . So pleased with the professional experience of Accompanied viewings through to constant updates on feedback . All the team have really worked hard to get us sold to get the best possible results. Once our sale was agreed Sarah Goddard was on top of the progression and worked hard between solicitors and buyers to get to exchange . We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property £50k less than what The Personal Agents did. They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly. Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion, and she would reply to our emails very quickly, and was always on top of what was happening on both sides. Samantha and the team at the Banstead branch have been amazing. I haven't gone through a sale of a property before and they have been very supportive and knowledgeable through the whole process. I cannot recommend the team at "The Personal Agent" Stoneleigh highly enough. Dan the Assistant Manager was our main point of contact and he quite literally steered us through the process with the utmost professionalism and patience, but any contact with the rest of the team at the Stoneleigh branch has also been excellent. We initially went on to market with a "well known national estate agent" who did very little to market and sell the house over the six month period we were under contract with them, and within two weeks of moving to "The Personal Agent" we received offers, one of which has led to a sale.The team most certainly know their stuff. Dan not only managed our expectations with regards to the market situation, also provided us with recommendations of a conveyancing firm (who have been fantastic) and gave us details of a house clearance firm (also fantastic).I can absolutely say that "The Personal Agent" Stoneleigh Team have provided "a personal service" and I can only thank Dan and the Team for their professionalism in every aspect of this process.
