As a Landlord who has used The Personal Agent for many years to let my partners flat, I have always been impressed with their professionalism and sound advice. We have never had any problems previously, but this year we had a tricky situation (not a problem) and they expertly advised us how to deal with it to get the best outcome and their advice was brilliant and the situation resolved quickly and for everyone. Being a landlord is not easy when there is so much legislation now surrounding everything we have to do and laws to comply with which is why you have to know you are in safe hands with people who really know what they are doing and understand lettings really well, and (more importantly) who have the experience to help when the unexpected may happen. I would have always left a 5 star review, but after the help they have given me this year, I would give them 10 stars for going above and beyond. Thanks to all the team and especially Cheryl.

GoogleI can honestly say The Personal Agent were fabulous from start to finish and all of the in between on the sale of our home. From meeting Richard and Ray when we first enquired, to having Chris Shaw as the person dealing with the sale. They all made it special, but I would like to give extra thanks to Chris, I definitely found him to be so personable, helpful, unbiased and just all round a man who certainly knows his stuff. Nothing was ever too difficult and he kept us in the loop for the whole journey. The Personal Agent are the go to Estate Agent for our local area for a reason. I highly recommend them. My fiancé and I decided to let a property within epsom or the surrounding areas. In total, we were looking for 3 months with other estate agents with no luck, until we came across Callum Kirkby at The Personal Agent. Over a duration of three weeks and two viewings, my fiancé and I found what we were looking for. If it wasn’t for Callum keeping in contact with us on a regular basis, I believe we would have been property searching for much longer. Callum worked to our ideal moving in timescale (the end of this year) and provided all necessary information. I highly recommend The Personal Agent if you are interested in letting a property. In particular, I would request that Callum is your pointed agent as he is simply the most reliable and useful agent that my fiancé and I have encountered!

We found our home through the Personal Agent. Chris Sheby was the first contact for us who showed the house and forwarded our questions/requests about the rental. He is a very good agent. He showed us everything in the property. He was very kind and helpful all the way, while we got the key. Then we got Charlotte Ewans for Property Manager. She is always contacting us a month before the property inspection. Every time she visits, she is on time, being very kind and very helpful. If we have any questions, she is straight away forwarding them to the owner, and the following next few days, we receive answers for our queries. They are really reliable and trustworthy agents. I would recommend them to anyone and we would use them again in the future.
