GoogleWe had the pleasure of selling and buying from Montagues simultaneously which confirmed for us that they are the best sales and letting agent in the area. Garth took the time to get to know us, our house and understand it's key selling points combined with his own knowledge of the local area. He would feedback after every viewing without need to chase and always had our best interests at heart. Both Garth and Alison worked tirelessly to get our sale and purchase over the line in what was a challenging market for everyone. It goes without saying we would use Montagues in the future, just for that piece of mind during what can be a stressful process.

GoogleI don't generally write reviews, but felt i should on this occasion. I have used Montagues Estate Agents for the past 10 years, renting x2 properties throughout that time. I have to say that i've been increasingly impressed with the level of service received from this company. From initial searches and viewings to their continued aftercare and on-going support. The Montagues team have been consistently professional, responsive and proactive at every step. I remain impressed on every level. I would highly recommend using their services.

GoogleWe have used Montagues for the last eight years to rent out our property in Loughton. Generally we have been very pleased with the service provided, and in particular we have been delighted and really impressed with the service of Tyler who now looks after the property for us on behalf of Montagues. She understands our requirements, and acts swiftly and effectively to meet these, and manages to build good relationships with both my wife and me as the landlords and with our tenants.

GoogleMontagues were very helpful with selling our bungalow. They were happy to add drone pics to show property to its best advantage. They had a special board made so the property got maximum attention from passing trade. The guys were happy to accompany viewings or to let us do the showing. Once there were interested parties they did a fab job negotiating the finer details and getting us the best possible deal in both buyer and price. When it all got fraught, as so often does, near to completion, once again they did all they could to ensure that the sale went through.

GoogleWayne and Garth have been absolutely brilliant in helping my mum purchase her new home. From start to finish these guys have been completely professional throughout. Then the cherry on top was the generous moving in present which left my mum extremely overwhelmed and happy. These guys need to be your first in regards to selling or buying your next home and this is from an estate agent of over 20 years in the industry Well done guys brilliant

GoogleMontagues managed my tenants for years and did a wonderful job. They were really helpful and supportive to both myself and my tenants and were brilliant at handling some challenging situations over the years. When I wanted to sell up, I asked Montagues to manage the sale - the team gave realistic and sound advice and went above and beyond to support not only my sale but also helping to manage my tenants.
