GoogleTom, Wayne and George were excellent in both the rental and sales process. I was always kept up to date when the property was rented out. When we put the house up for sale the team marketed it so well it sold after one viewing.

GoogleI used Montegues both for letting my flat and later for selling it. Although there were a few challenging moments, the team was always there to provide support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Greetings to George, Joe and the whole team.

GoogleHaving bought from Montagues a few years ago I decided to use again to sell. I have recently sold my property and in record time from start to finish. Great communication from Garth and Joe along the way, always at the end of an email or the phone and quick to resolve any issues and answer questions. I highly recommend and would used again.

GoogleMyself and partner have now been with Montagues for around 6 months renting a property in the Epping area. Throughout our time with Montagues we have had nothing but positive experiences. Zoey who handles maintenance for Montagues has been so attentive and helpful to us. If we have had a problem or query she has been very quick to respond, put in some form of resolution and get it sorted in a small time frame, it's very professional and great service. Our previous estate agents were awful and did not help with anything after they handed over the keys whereas Montagues are the polar opposite and could not do more for us. I couldn't recommend them more and their fantastic staff. Thanks for everything so far Montagues.

GooglePoor service and customer relations. Can safety say I would never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone. They let us move into a property on a Friday evening with no shower. Said they would put us up in a hotel. Then when I called they had all left for the evening and weekend. Then I turned on what looked like a 20 year old fridge and found it was not working. Then in just 6 months we had our boiler, washing machine, pumping, toilet break. This is just the start of it. I understand things break and need fixing but it was the way Montagues made me feel like I was always a problem and never willing to help. We had so many problems with this property and promises after promises with this agency. Also promised there would be double glazing fitted within 6 months. 3 years down the road there is still single glazing which needs wiping every day because of the condensation and mould. They always made you feel like everything was a problem. The flat never felt like a home. Even now after moving out 16 months ago, I still have very strong feelings about the flat and Montagues. The director needs to attend a customer relations course to start the ball rolling. Then hopefully the staff will all fall into place. It really was 2 years from hell. Very sad. Thankfully I have found a letting agent that believe in looking after their clients and a house that feels like a home.

GoogleThe sale of my house, for numerous reasons, was an incredibly long and stressful process, yet Garth in particular went above and beyond to get it over the line. Without him and the team at Montagues it may not have gone through at all. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleIt has been a genuine pleasure to deal with Montagues. Each and everyone of the Montagues team went out of their way to see to my every need. From finding a property as a new customer and to looking after me as a tenant at one of their managed properties they have been nothing but friendly, courteous, and professional. They are an exceptional team of estate agents and I highly recommend them.
