Right from the beginning, they were incredibly clear and straightforward in their communication, making sure we felt informed and confident at every stage. They approached our needs with genuine professionalism and care, which really stood out to us. What impressed us most, though, was how efficient they were, always quick to respond and take action, so much less stressful this way. Top-notch serious service.

GoogleI recently had a nightmare with my Landlord, not fixing things, providing poor contractors who had to repeat the work multiple times and after it all coming to a head with the landlord NOT even willing to see me about the issues (embarrassment I'm sure!) I must commend Wayne of Montagues lettings for his compassion and experience in sorting out a horrible landlord situation. Wayne came to see me at the house and went through the issues then promptly arranged for the repairs to be completed. I would always suggest researching your landlord as a lesson from this experience, but even more so make sure you have a professional like Wayne at Montagues, if you want to be able to live normally should something go wrong! I'm really happy with Montagues & It will certainly be my first port of call for buying a house in the future. Thank you Wayne!

GoogleHighly recommend the entire team at Montagues. Special mention to Tom, George, Wayne and Will, who went out of their way to help us get our home. Tom was brilliant in keeping me informed of the properties that were available, an endless list was given to Tom of what we wanted and he was able to deliver. We are so happy in our new home. The communication was spot on, nothing was too much for the teams. George and Will was prompt in getting our heating sorted when the boiler decide to pack up. I was amazed how George went above and beyond to contact me after his working hours to see if we were ok. Doris took a bad turn to our house which meant getting a few things repaired. Will was on the case and within a week, everything was fixed. Excellent service from start to finish. I will be definitely be recommending Montagues to our friends and family. The most helpful and professional letting agents i've come across and i've been renting for the last 6 years. Nothing was too much trouble and I rang them a lot. I would recommend Montagues for anyone wanting to rent or sell their house as they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy every step of the way. A lot of letting agents need to take a leaf out of their book and treat their customers the way Montagues do. Top class service. Thank you guys.
