GoogleAfter 16 months of disappointments, frustration anger and a lot of patience I finally completed on my house sale in May. Wayne and the sales team were very supportive and kept me up to date with progress. Garth and Joe were amazing with finding new buyers very quickly after 2 fall throughs and Alison Wright sales progressor was the most knowledgeable and helpful out of all the other professionals in the chains. I would recommend Montagues to anyone in Epping wishing to move. Thank you team.

GoogleMontagues Lettings department have been fantastic - I would like to give a special mention to George, with whom we have had the majority of our dealings. Communication has been excellent - he is always very fast to respond to both phone calls and e-mails. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding out answers to any questions he does not have an immediate answer for. At a time when the lettings market is so challenging for anyone looking for a home to rent, he was by far the most helpful of all the agents we dealt with. Thank you George and Montagues team!

GoogleI initially bought a property through Montagues a couple of years ago, and went back to them to let out the same property recently. George Montella has been the consultant looking after me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. His response time is instant and he helped achieve the maximum rental price for my property. The added bonus is that the new tenants at my property have also spoken very highly of George. Thanks again, Montagues team!

GoogleWayne and team managed the sale of my flat really well. Very efficient and good communication. They set realistic expectations in the beginning and the sale process showed they were right. I have used Montagues for a number of years for lettings too and they manage that side of the business extremely well and efficiently. They are very organised and responsive in all aspects of their business and I would fully recommend them for both sales and lettings

GoogleJust sold my house through Montagues During the sale process you’ll deal with solicitors who are like politicians that can’t answer simple questions Never once had this issue with Montague’s Any questions they answer straight up and reply within the same day and will chase up lazy solicitors Big thank you to Garth who was superb throughout

GoogleJoe kept in touch throughout the process. However I was very disappointed to learn that the agents hadn’t pointed out features in the property that might have produced an earlier sale or a better offer if prospective buyers had known about them. Overall I thought they were typical of estate agents that they don’t really help sell your house.
