I had a bad experience with them. From my point of view they are not checking the landlords and their properties.
Dear Alexandra, Thank you for your review. I have read through the notes logged on our system and have also spoken to the London lettings team who were your point of contact.. The property was let to yourself and family during the first lockdown last year. You agreed to take the property as seen as it suited all of your requirements. We acted as Let Only agents meaning that the Landlord wanted to act as the property manager. The Landlord is a professional landlord and we have copies of all compliances on record as is our duty and you were given the same within the move in pack. I understand that shortly after you occupied the property your circumstances changed and you claimed that you could no longer afford the rent. We explained that any changes to the tenancy were at the landlords discretion and you should approach the Landlord as we were not the managing agents.Since speaking to the landlord, I understand that in the months that followed you then tried to contest the safety of the property with a variety of concerns with in the hope of quitting the tenancy. All of which were unfounded. I therefore feel your review in unfairly directed at us, you were happy with the property during our dealings and this only changed in line with your circumstances.
