Dear Annabel, I can see that your glowing 5 star review has now reverted to a 1 star review without visible comment, sorry for this. Having reviewed your sale and our service, please see our view point below. Having agreed three separate sales over a course of two years for your property in which time the contracted price had risen over £60,000, you didn’t feel it necessary that we were due a fee, despite signing and agreeing to our terms of business. You left a 5 star review on here shortly after exchange of contracts of your sale and purchase, detailing our good work with special mention to Chris Marsh who had spent extraordinary amounts of time working on your behalf to help you move and reach the best possible outcome. Having then received our invoice in the conventional way via your solicitor, you felt it necessary to raise a dispute based on your view of no fees being due. As has been already explained over email, whilst our company are synonymous with our community and charity work giving back and raising funds where we can for those in need, we are actually not a charity and have to be paid for our work otherwise we will very quickly be out of business. I can only apologise that you feel dissatisfied by this but unfortunately a full refund is not something we are willing to give.
