I cannot thank Butler and Stag enough for the help in securing my first house with my wife. Tony was excellent in securing us early viewings to properties not yet on the market. He knew exactly what we wanted and found it, then despite the property being put up with a second agent, he still managed to secure us the deal. Once the offer was agreed, I was introduced to Helga, who made the whole sale process as smooth as possible. She was contactable at all times and was able to liaise with the sellers to ensure any queries we had were fully answered.

Butler and Stag - Always!

I have let my flat with one agent only. Why? Because I have never had cause to complain. Everything is communicated to me at the earliest opportunity by the Property Management Team. If I can’t get through to PM another member of Butler and Stag always picks up the phone and ensures it it fielded to the correct person. My rental income is good and I have always had a stream of tenants wanting to rent it. My monthly statements are always sent through as soon as rent is paid. Why go anywhere else?

Exceptional Support from David

David Abos was very helpful throughout the process and worked hard to resolve any issues. He put in a lot of effort to follow up with the slow solicitors and kept things moving. His communication was excellent, and he was always available whenever we needed him. We are very grateful because, without his help, the purchase might not have happened. I have to say the entire team at Butler and Stag were phenomenal. Not only were they super responsive nothing was too much for them. We were under a strict timeframe to get our dream house and Tony, Nyan and Chris went out their way to get our property on the market and we had an offer within a week. When Martine took over (a fantastic service to have a point of contact post sale) she was incredible. Honestly her customer service and kindness went above and beyond. Responsive, reliable and competitive fees

I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.

Very happy customer

Paul and his team have been fantastic! I am renting my flat out and am quite stressed with the process - they have calmed me down and been so very helpful explaining everything to me from documents needed, viewing confirmations etc and have recommended great workmen to do some jobs needed to get the flat ready to rent out. I rented with B&S in London for 2 years. Pretty poor experience. Agent was completely uninterested and careless. They tried all sorts of tricks to claim deductions against our deposit (if you don't know your rights you'd probably fall for some of them). Finally, when nothing else worked, they intentionally delayed the entire process as much as they could. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company.

Buttler and Stagg is a very professional state agency. They are very reliable, efficient and organised. I was selling my flat via them and the buyer decided to stop the process of the transaction 4 months after we commenced the process, I have had some financial difficulties and its very useful to have a pro-active, efficient team dealing with your property when things are tricky for customers. First time landlord

Being a first time (and overseas) landlord, it was paramount to find a reliable, knowledgable agent to rent our E2 flat through, formerly our family home. Paul Curtis was super helpful initially when I wanted to discuss possibilites, rates and logistics, he made plenty of time for me in person and on the phone and has vast local experience. Following on from the intial discussions, Simon Harrington was brilliant in guiding me through the viewings and listing and was invaluable on the day we had lots of viewings. His advice on which tenants to move forward with was spot on and he was very patient with my many questions from abroad! The moving in and management of the property in Lauren Turvey's hands has been similarly effective and timely. I could not recommend Butler and Stag Bow more. Lovely people and totally professional. 10/10, thanks guys!!!
