Butler & Stag were fantastic throughout the letting of our flat. Paul Curtis was supportive and led us with great direction on what we needed to do. He and the team were great at arranging viewings with our previous tenant, always ensuring they were professional and friendly at all times. Simon Harrington was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout and Sophie Chumbley onboarded our new tenants smoothly and guided and advised throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Butler & Stag to a friend, colleague or family member. They have been simply fantastic! Thank you!

The Team at Butler & Stag are amazing .I would like to make a special mention for Simon Harrington who was excellent right from the start with the setting up of the letting for the new tenants and explaining all relevant details and has been very helpful when we had to move items out of the flat . I would also like to complement Lauren Turvey who has been very understanding and extremely helpful and kind in the way she responds and offers options for help with any tenant related matter or any repairs that need to be carried out . She goes the extra mile along with Simon to help with solutions as recently she arranged for some personal items to be collected from the flat and then Simon helped me with loading my car from the office . I would also like to thank Ms Rodrigues for coordinating the lettings process . I would also like to thank Mr Freddie Knight for helping with the flat inspection during the letting process .

Having met Milo O’Neill at the property valuation I immediately liked him and trusted him. This gave me confidence in Butler and Stagg and I appointed them to market our property. Milo explained the process and assured me they would sell the house from an open house viewing day. Butler and Stagg did not disappointment. Charlie Parsons, property consultant, who you cannot fail to like, showed the property all day and kept me informed of how the viewings were going. By the end of the day there were several interested parties. A few days later Charlie and Milo had the buyer confirmed and in legals. Charlie was in direct contact with the buyers and kept me updated through the exchange but I never felt any pressure. The whole Butler and Stagg team, Milo, Charlie, Ella and Amanda, were professional, proactive, personable, comprehensible, confident and totally reliable. Our sale took under 9 weeks from the open day to completion. Selling a property is usually a stressful task but not in this case, choosing Butler and Stagg to sell our property was an excellent decision and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We decided to put our house on the market and instructed 3 local agents to provide us with a valuation. Butler and stag being one of them. Chris came to the appointment, he was very professional, he knew his market well, and wasn’t bothered by what the other agents had said about our property- he just took everything on board and gave us a valuation we thought reflected our property fairly. The next day, we were introduced to Charlie who would be selling the property for us.. and within 1 day of it being on the market, he had found a buyer, full asking price offer, job done. The next couple of months were seamless, easy, stress free and no hassle what so ever. Charlie was accommodating, always available (even on his days off) and helpful. We faced a last minute glitch with the buyers, the deal was 50/50 but Charlie reassured us that he would get it done… and within that 24 hour period he managed to get us exchanged. Overall, a great experience and would definitely be using again in the future.

I was recommended Butler & Stag by my brother. As they have representation in East London as well, it felt like the prefect fit for me. Impressive agent right from the initial meeting and valuation with Tony Game. My negotiators Chris and Bradley were as passionate about my house as I am and respected all the work that had been done to the property. My photographs were by far the best I’ve seen from an agent. They captured the cottage perfectly and of course this then produced positive interest on Rightmove and from their client base. Leading to a great offer and sale in 4 weeks. Really pleased I chose one of their preferred solicitors. They put me at ease immediately and made the whole process a pleasure. Amanda Schiavi at B&S manages the relationship between seller, buyer and solicitor to get to exchange and completion. We instantly had a connection and I always felt confident my house sale was in very efficient hands. Extremely helpful, patient and friendly

Our buying process took a while but the people at Butler and Stag were incredibly helpful, patient and friendly throughout. David managed the viewing process and agreement with the seller. He was not at all pushy, very informative and afterwards always willing to do further viewings (e.g. when we needed to take measurements etc). Helga managed the after bid agreement process and was massively supportive in coordinating the seller, their lawyers and hackney council to move the deal forward. Thanks to her hard work we managed to exchange and complete before the stamp duty changes, so we are very grateful for her going the extra mile and being very patient throughout. They topped it all off with a bottle of bubbly as we picked up the keys. Really happy with our new flat and Butler and Stag's support in getting in! Thank you guys
