Butler and Stag will take your money from you to sell your property. For that they will be moderately incompetent, they will lie to you and they will bully you. If you are prepared to tolerate that, then give them your business.

Dear Ms Walton, Thank you for your review, although we are disappointed to read your comments and see we have achieved only 1 star. You achieved a higher-than-average sale price for your property from a chain free buyer, this was achieved quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately due to timings of their expiring tenancy, the buyers demanded a particular day for completion that you were not happy happy with. Having discussed this with you, we decided together that it was best to agree to this, as opposed to running the risk of the sale falling through. As agents and advisers, we acted diligently to ensure the smooth running of the sale and achieved an outcome that you were happy with at the time.Its seems odd to us, that now two months on you feel the need to leave such a negative review. What a great experience, I received nothing but professional, proactive, effective and efficient service from all staff. Amanda, Tony, Chris and Charlie really know how to get the job done. I found the whole process easy and the level of support and knowledge that Butler & Stag provide ensured all parties were informed of all movements of the sale which in turn helped to get the sale completed with absolute minimal fuss.

We were evicted from our rented house by Keatons Stratford London. The people there were fraudsters. However, when we approached Butler & Stag, they provided us with an exceptionally good service, working day and night to be able to provide roof for my family. They stood up to the landlords solicitors and other agencies that pushed us around , a credit to them specially a lovely man named Athos. The agency is so good that I will be using them for mine and my family future house sales and purchases.

From offer stage all the way through to completion he was attentive, helpful, pro active and went above and beyond the call of duty chasing lawyers/vendors/managing agents and anyone else that was necessary to get the transaction over the line.
