TrustpilotAbsolutely terrible.
Absolutely terrible.Historically i had both purchased and let properties via Martyn Gerrard with outstanding service, so much so I had recommended them to so many people for all sides, purchase, sales, rentals etc.A shame they could not retain their high levels of service years later. Now all i can say is what a shambles, the extremely poor service, poor tradesman they provide, failing to make payments, I could go on for a while here.I would never use Martyn Gerrard again, my issues are still ongoing with zero resolutions and all i can say is they have lost a customer they had for life previously.

TrustpilotExcellent Performance
Martyn Gerrard Crouch End have been absolutely amazing in helping us find a tenant, from the moment I called I was greeted by Mo who I must say has been has been fundamental in helping us rent the property, they managed to rent it out within 24 hours, Anthony and Alban have also been great, the best thing about them is they all know whats going on, so I don't have to speak to one person. keep up the good work!!

TrustpilotJay Yildirim, very professional and friendly real estate agent
Jay Yildirim showed me around the property and answered all my questions. He supported me during sale negotiations, and once my offer was accepted he’s been staying on top of things and updating me with the progress. He’s very professional and friendly, and it’s been a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend collaborating with him.

GoogleWe sold and bought our home through Martyn Gerrard, with the help of Zac. With everyone's professionalism and expertise at Martyn Gerrard the process was seamless in comparison to alternative estate agent. Their service is truly unmatched, and I can't recommend them enough!

Very disappointing from the start by the agent and the landlord. First off all they didnt tell us about the problems with the roof and we had to move in the flat 2 weeks later than the actual moving date . Then the mould and other problems in the flat it was terrible honestly don’t take from them any flat.I will make more complains about them because it’s not fair for the people that want to live in a decent house 🏡

TrustpilotExcellent service. Arzu is fantastic.
Arzu at Martyn Gerrard was absolutely amazing throughout this very stressful process. She was very responsive to emails, replying within the hour. She constantly reassured us that she was on top of everything and had our best interests in mind at all times. Without Arzu, this process would have been quite unbearable. We are so grateful for her help and everyone at Martyn Gerrard and are very happy with our new home!

TrustpilotNot to be trusted
We rented from Martyn Gerrard for 3 years and had the worst experience ever. Martyn Gerrard lied, shared our data without our consent, entered our property without our permission and threatened us. Their behaviour was unacceptable and they wouldn't accept critism. They told us their clients were not us, the renters, but the landlords. We were previously renting from the renowned 'london's worst landlord' and we had alot better experience than with Martyn Gerrard. Never ever rent with Martyn Gerrard. We are now buying and won't even consider a plce if the estate agent is Martyn Gerrard
