Introduced to Martyn Garrard by Glen and his direct and honest approach was so refreshing. No “salesy” talk you associate with estate agents, just wanting to understand our expectations and then managing them accordingly. MG act as a team and the feedback and transparency they provide is unlike other agents. Chris found us buyers for our property and whilst there were numerous questions that were posed, he ensured he collated them and presented info in a consolidated manner rather than piecemeal so that interactions were efficient and any potential issues were expedited at the earliest opportunity.I cannot recommend Martyn Gerrard (in particular the Muswell Hill branch) enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell through them again. What can be a highly stressful process was made as seamless as it could possibly be thanks to these guys!
