My agent, Andreas Papazacharia, and his assistant Gabriella Cessar were extremely helpful in securing the sale of my deceased mother's flat. Annie Clarke, Maria Morar and colleagues at Martyn Gerrard were very professional in handing a complicated sale of my shared ownership flat which involved consecutive staircasing and sale.
