Her professionalism and dedication were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home that met all our needs. Terrible company. Any communication is built on lies and hypocrisy. I do not recommend it.In more detail, I had to deal with the office located on East Finchley and everything was just terrible. It all started with a lie. Sofia showed us an apartment that needed renovation. Sofia said that the renovations and professional cleaning will be completed before arrival. When we arrived at the apartment on the agreed date, there was already a completely different person in the apartment. Sofia was not present and the apartment was not renovated. We were essentially forced to pick up the keys because this date was agreed upon earlier, and the rent began to be deducted from the date we picked up the keys. As a result, we could not enter the apartment for another two weeks precisely because repair work was being carried out. "Professional cleaning" from this company was also far from professional (the woman wiped the dust from the kitchen counter and smeared the dirt on the floor with a damp cloth). The cleaning did not even include washing the carpets, given that Sophia guaranteed that a professional deep cleaning of the carpets would take place.We had to clean everything ourselves (we had to buy a washing vacuum cleaner for washing carpets).Of course, no one returned the money to us during these two weeks. Martyn Gerrard blamed the landlord and the landlord said it was MG's fault. Any communication with this company was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional especially on the part of MG employees. They do not know the terms of their own contracts that they conclude and constantly try to make money in any situation. They constantly lie, are rude and treat the customer like the last piece of sh*t.I have a two-year contract with the condition that after the first year of residence, I can leave, provided that I notify the landlord two months in advance.They said that I have to live in the apartment until the end of the second year and I have no right to leave before then. As a result, I had to spend many hours of my time on the phone and by e-mail explaining to the company's employees the terms of the contract that they themselves were drawing up. They really didn't know the terms of the contract which is very unprofessional or they were trying to scam me again. In the end, I was forced to stay for another 3 months instead of two, but I recently received an email with my eviction date another month later. When I pointed out that this date was not correct, I was simply ignored. This is another of their features. They ignore any questions that are inconvenient for them or pretend to be stupid. These are exactly the people who, upon a clear question, will start telling you about the weather.
We have great sympathy with the situation you are in and understand why you are getting angry, but you are ignoring the legal position, which we and your landlord have NO control over.The tenancy was taken by FOUR tenants each jointly responsible to uphold the terms of the tenancy agreement. We understand why you believe that by moving out the tenancy and your responsibility has ended, but this is NOT the legal position. While one of the four tenants remains at the flat the tenancy has NOT ended, and your obligations remain.Please understand ours and your landlords’ hands are tied. Without vacant possession, i.e. EVERYONE moves out of the flat, the tenancy agreement remains in force.We will continue to help and do what we can. In the meantime, we strongly recommend you take independent legal advice to hopefully understand your position better.

Maria, Annie and the team in Kentish Town did a tremendous job of selling our flat for us. They were really open and transparent with us throughout the process, showed so many people round and gave us some really good advice. They were also really nice to deal with. I've dealt with estate agents before who made me feel a bit 'ugh' about the whole thing - but this was the complete opposite of that. I can't recommend them enough - thank you guys!

As you know trying to find a property can be difficult and stressful. My experience working with Martyn Gerrard Estates has been a blessing. Sheriaz in particular has been so accommodating throughout this whole process, he kept us up to date with the processes and guided us every step of the way. He kept us in the loop at all times and communicated well throughout. The whole process was smooth sailing and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. I would highly recommend.

I am confident in the knowledge that they are taking care of my property and my interests. With regards to rental renewals, Zoe Sophocles has been brilliant. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market, provides really sound advice and always has my interests in mind. I wrote yesterday to see a house in Muswell Hill. They sent me an e-mail saying they're making an appointment for the 13.00. Hours passed but they did not send a confirmation email. I emailed again and asked if I could see the house at 1:00. The person who was interested said that there was a conflict in her agenda and that she could give me an appointment at 13.30.I told them ok. Two hours before I was due to leave the house, they called me and said they hadn't received the key from the landlord. There is no key, how do you make an appointment? They are not professional at all. I will not look for a house through them and I do not recommend it to you either.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the property owner couldn’t get the keys to us in time for the viewing. Although we informed you as soon as we found out, we understand the frustration this caused and are truly sorry for the disruption.

I've been conversing with Oliver and Zlat, at the Finchley Central branch of Martin Gerard, they been absolutely incredible, I'm Disabled and live in supported- living, before phoning MG I tried alot of local estate agents who resolutely said no to helping me as I don't have a Gurantor- (bar Barnet Council) Oliver and Zlat are the only persons- who has helped and guided me into how to find one, and has been fully flexible with their, vast knowledge and assistance, into helping me find a flat in my desperate need, shows themselves & MG are the only Agents who have taken time/consideration into helping me and are a truly valuable resource for people's on housing benefits and unique- in a word for that.I cannot recommend Oliver and Zlat highly enough for all your rental needs, thanks for helping me when no one else would.
