Finding a new flat can be a stressful experience, especially as 3 sharers but after finding a property with Martyn Gerrard via right move the process was easy. Oli from the North Finchley Branch looked after us from the viewing to the signing of the contracts and kept great communication throughout and was always on hand to answer any questions- would definitely recommend, as a young person renting can be extremely daunting but we are all excited to move into our new property. Worse than other estate agents! - heard agent give difference prices to another potential tentant; plus he gave us a different price over the phone and then two different prices in person. None of these prices was reasonable for the property being viewed. He was also not respectful of current tenant and generally disrespectful in how he viewed his time versus ours e.g. “don’t be late, I don’t have time” and “I’ll send you the email but not today because I finish work soon”.
