When I first met Daniel Harris I was told he is the "rising star" of Martyn Gerrard and I can see why, he certainly stands out from the crowd.On a personal level I found him to be down to earth and approachable, respectful and not too pushy.Professionally he was extremely efficient, always available, very communicative and really hard-working, even in a heatwave!So far I am pleased I chose Martyn Gerrard from all the other estate agents out there and consider myself fortunate to have been able to work with Daniel.

We have had a fantastic experience relocating from Edinburgh to London through Martyn Gerrard. From day one, Gintare provided us with excellent service, organising virtual viewings and communicating with the landlord on our behalf to ensure all of our needs were met. The entire process was smooth, straightforward and transparent, with Gin always on hand to reassure us about next steps. David Raja - Manager, Land & New Homes:- I seriously can not praise David enough, he is smart, knowledgeable, professional, calm and kind, he is definitely a leader in his field. He contacts me regularly and if he can't, ensures a colleague does, to update me on my sale. He contacts the buyer to guide him through the process, he stays on top of things making sure the process doesn't stagnate by either parties anf/or the Solicitors. He advises and guides the process. No matter how busy he is, he does not slow down or leave it to the Solicitors in hope things are getting done. My buyers Solicitors have been really slow, bad communication to all parties, David has regularly been monitoring and staying on top of the situation to progress the sale, by helping in any way he can. Right from the start, he ensures the buyer is genuine and correct for the purchase. He will establish and understand the buyer's and sellers requirements to avoid wrong matches and or time wasters. Great and friendly service offered by Gintare in the Finchley Central branch. She’s been with us from the flat viewing to the tenancy agreement. Karine and Tyler have been around us to help too. One star less because of the third party company who does the reference checking on their behalf : Goodlord. The whole process has been abnormally long and stressful, which delayed our initial planned move in date. Apart from that, which is not directly linked to Martyn Gerrard, we’re satisfied by their service and we would recommend the agency.
