TrustpilotGreat Lettings @ Finchley Central Office
Worked with the team to get my property rented. Thanks firstly to Fatmir Dedei at the Mill Hill branch for getting the ball rolling and also for listening to my ramblings. He rallied in all the offices around the area quickly. But the final credit has to go to Hossein Ghane at the Finchley Central Office for his excellent hard work and skill of not only getting me some excellent tenants (really nice people - very important and rear) but also negotiating a higher than asking price offer, which is like adopting a child (good news) then discovering that his birth father is Christiano Ronaldo (much better news) ... well done Hossein !!!So thanks once again to you all !!!

TrustpilotWarning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ This agency took our holding deposit and we have explain to them about poor credit history but we have guarantor. and they said don't worry quick to take signs on all sort of documents through online portals only to call us 20min later that credit check failed and we can't take guarantor and our deposit can't be return.. Very very careful Im very sad they waisted my time and lost my money to them 😞

Andy Christophi and his lettings team in the Muswell Hill office are absolutely fantastic! The wealth of local and lettings knowledge Andy has is second to none. He is a very trustworthy and genuine character, can’t recommend Andy and his team enough!

TrustpilotShambolic and dishonest agency.
I can’t begin to describe the horrific experience we had with Martyn Gerrard Whetstone. For the best part of 6 months this agency lied to us about the conditions of the property, Higbey Lodge. We are thankful we did not end up being conned into purchasing this property and have since completed on a stunning property with agents that were honest, helpful, and not at all misleading.Despite our concerns being escalated, staff at all levels were a nightmare to deal with; agents, branch managers, and directors. Nobody returned calls or emails, and I was even shouted at by one member of staff - totally unprofessional.Avoid using this agent at all costs. The lies and outrageous service of this agency is really what gives estate agents a bad name!

TrustpilotAttentive, helpful and responsive
Attentive, helpful and responsive. We had been looking for 3 months and almost lost hope on finding something that checked all our boxes. Nadia helped us get our dream property! We were always in constant contact and being notified of properties and anything to do with our process. She made it very easy for us on our end. Very grateful and can’t wait to move in. Thanks!

TrustpilotBest estate agents for Tufnell Park
A lovely bunch of very professional sales agents, fair, open, honest, solved problems, and sold out flat very quickly and over the asking by enough to pay their own fee! I had some concern they weren’t local enough, being in Kentish Town when we were Tufnell Park, but this was not true at all, as the sales price showed. The process was well managed, and even before we signed up it was always the same person who called me, gently and politely nudging me without pressure. Martyn Gerrard Kentish Town are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive agent around but in my experience they are definitely the nicest.

TrustpilotWell done North Finchley Branch!
We used Martyn Gerrard for the sale of a family home and were so happy with the service we used them again for the sale of another family property. Craig's advice and reassurance was much appreciated in both cases.Arzu, from the North Finchley branch was friendly, proactive and always kept us up to date with how the sale was progressing. This led to a successful sale despite the turbulent state of the housing market!Great service, highly recommended.

TrustpilotStress free, swift sale and purchase agreed
Bruvis and Jamie have been friendly and efficient and have had excellent communication with us while we agreed both a house purchase and sale. A good purchase price was swiftly agreed on for the house we wish to buy, and Bruvis and Jamie both helped in obtaining a very good agreed sale on our current home without it even going to market.. All very stress free! Thank you both..

Trustpilot5 stars for Dan at Martyn Gerrard
When I first met Daniel Harris I was told he is the "rising star" of Martyn Gerrard and I can see why, he certainly stands out from the crowd. On a personal level I found him to be down to earth and approachable, respectful and not too pushy.Professionally he was extremely efficient, always available, very communicative and really hard-working, even in a heatwave! So far I am pleased I chose Martyn Gerrard from all the other estate agents out there and consider myself fortunate to have been able to work with Daniel.

TrustpilotGreat Service from Gintare at the Finchley Office
We have had a fantastic experience relocating from Edinburgh to London through Martyn Gerrard. From day one, Gintare provided us with excellent service, organising virtual viewings and communicating with the landlord on our behalf to ensure all of our needs were met. The entire process was smooth, straightforward and transparent, with Gin always on hand to reassure us about next steps. We are now happily settled with our cat, and feel confident that if any issues were to arise, Gin and the agency would be on hand to resolve it. We would highly recommend the Martyn Gerrard agency. Thank you for such a positive experience!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
