Idk what to say Thieves, untrustworthy not to be trusted. They took deposit and we cleared that we have guarantor if the credit check fails and we declare everything to which they have said don’t worry just pay deposit if check fails then you have guarantor in place only 20 min later got a call and they told tell me that I failed the credit check and they can’t accept guarantor and also can’t return my holding deposit. I’m shocked what to do go to police hire solicitor so this doesn’t happened to anyone els. Me and my girlfriend are expecting a baby too and we have canceled everything els waited till last moment to hear from them and this Very very sad 😢 and its very unjust3422/1/11/22 case noManager: Tyler Gorman Renting agent: Fatmir Dedei (whom confirmed pay and if referencing don’t pass he said we have guarantor in place.)Mill hill branchFollowing up they did call me and return my money but I’m still homeless I have closed all my options and declare everything truthfully but still didn’t get the house and almost lost my holding deposit.

I have used martyn gerrard as both a buyer and now as a seller. My experience has always been good but there was something extra special about this time as a seller. Not only did the team strike the ideal balance of pragmatism and enthusiasm (probably owing to their exceptional and unbeatable knowledge of the North London area) but they also went above and beyond with arranging small details to keep the wheels of the sale moving smoothly. Their fee has been well earned - not something you hear of said often with estate agents I know, but it’s true!
