This is my second review for Martyn Gerrard, I wanted to leave separate reviews for different Individual and branches then realised it comes under one Trustpilot site for All the branches. I don’t leave reviews and no one can make me leave one but in my recent property sale and buy experience l believe my reviews might help other property buyers and Property sellers. I met Brother Raj (sales manager) from Southgate and Barnet branch in September 2020, What a fantastic person, I wish all the estate agents are good as he is, very honest, very transparent. I took his advice all along, guided me step by step, had lot of hick ups on the way, he stayed calm spoke to all the parties involved, made sure that the transactions don’t fall through. Today I am sitting in my dream house lounge and writing this review and I can tell you folks that Brother Raj from Martyn Gerrard made this possible for me. I can not THANK HIM ENOUGH. I urge anyone who wants to buy or sell get in touch with Brother Raj, I believe it will be the best decision you will make.Best Wishes Brother Raj.

We rent our flat in Finchley with MG Finchley Central office and would NEVER recommend them. The entire experience has been more trouble than it’s worth. The Property Management team are either lazy or incompetent, never respond to emails or seem to want to do their jobs. We constantly have to chase them for the most simple things. At the sign of any problem they suggest the most expensive solution - for example complete redecoration rather than a deep clean. They ignore emails, what’s in the tenancy agreements, and even ignore what they themselves say they are going to do and then blame it all on the tenant. Using the “we’ll claim it from the deposit” line for anything that goes wrong.Save yourself the stress and get someone else to manage your property. Unless you don’t care about the condition of the property and have bags of cash to throw at it, in which case go for it.
