I recently used Martyn Gerrard in Whetstone to sell my late Mother's house. My main point of contact was Declan Morgan who guided me through the whole process in a professional and efficient manner. The sale was not without issues which Declan handled very well, keeping me informed at every stage and when the first buyer pulled out, Declan quickly found another. a very professional service and a very helpful individual. In fact the whole team in the Whetstone office were very friendly and helpful.

We had a bumpy start with another estate agent and were a bit wary when we signed up afresh with MG. Despite our initial caginess Arzu was professional, helpful and available throughout the process. We also purchased through another branch at which Raphael was equally responsive and professional. Moving house is horrendous, but these guys definitely didn't make it worse! Would recommend.

To add the property was probate and I was expecting a slow purchase, we had multiple delays because of lack of communication between the solicitors on both sides. Moved in just about a week ago and have had boiler problems since the beginning. Agent was sharp and unhelpful on the FIRST DAY and said we would be charged if someone came out and the boiler was fine. They sent us a link to a manual and that was it. We've been without hot water for days now and I have to chase the property manager each and every time we need to know something including when the plumber is coming and what they're doing. This was over the coldest days of the year so far! Ridiculous...
