My experience with the agency was amazing; in particular, David Raja helped a lot along the way ensuring that the whole process of exchange and completion was smooth. Have just completed the sale of my flat in Crouch End. James and Dario were awesome from beginning to end, ably assisted by Treon, Abby & Ronak. A great team. Despite Covid and the festive period and me being remote in Suffolk and some hiccups along the way, James and Dario worked through each and every problem AND communicated this at timely intervals. All in all a brilliant service. I had rented through MG before (also very professional) so had a discounted fee. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We sold our property in Manchester in March 21 and have been looking for a suitable property in London.We have met numerous estate agents in various parts of North London and were somewhat dismayed with their lack of interest in finding a home for us ( despite being cash buyers).We came upon a property being sold by Martyn Gerrard and shown round by Jatin who was knowledgeable about the flat and shown an interest in us. He explained that he had an apartment that was just coming onto the market that was more suited to our needs than the property that we were being shown round and made arrangements to view. We had a viewing and knew that this was the one we had to have. Jatin was extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase process, chasing solicitors and keeping us up to date, and always available to handle queries. He made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I can’t praise him enough.

Glenn and I have been on one hell of a journey to complete the sale of our house. Many complications at the bottom of the chain have made this a long long ride. I have sworn at Glenn a lot and he has got frustrated with me in turn but we have also laughed a lot and the sale finally went through, which Glenn was always confident that it would.
