5* Service from Kyri and Arzu

We all have our share of estate agent horror stories and memories, but after my experience of dealing with Kyri and Arzu, it's safe to say they have changed all of my perceptions.We first met Arzu when she showed us round the property. From then, to completing the sale, she was refreshingly honest, helpful and professional at all times. She was always friendly, approachable and on hand to answer any questions. We couldn't really have asked for more.Kyri was brought in to help get the sale over the line, as Arzu and team were very busy in the North Finchley area (given our experience, we're not surprised they are getting loads of work!). Kyri was an absolute hero: answering our difficult questions; providing stoic and balanced advice; always keeping us up to date and going far beyond the call of duty. We never always confident the sale would go through.We'd recommend Kyri and Arzu to anyone - they are an excellent team and a credit to estate agents everywhere.

Refreshingly different

Can't say I've had particularly good experience with estate agents in the past. Gintare was refreshingly helpful and found us the ideal place. We went to view a place that wasn't really what we were looking for. A day later I received a call from Gin, letting us know about a property that was just about to go on the market and she'd like us to view it first. A month later we'd got the keys and are happily settled in our new place. I'd very much recommend MG for any prospective renters. I'm already considering buying through the agents as I was so happy with the rental process. Thanks again Gin.

Gin from Finchley Central was very helpful during our flat hunt in London. As it is our first time properly moving to London from abroad we were not quite sure about the process of flat hunting in London but you could notice that it is very important to her to find the right apartment for her clients. An outstanding service! Don’t look any further for a professional, compassionate and honest team. Once again, Martyn Gerrard have delivered for me. This is my 6th time buying and selling through the Finchley and North Finchley offices over many years. My agent Kyri Ayed has been an absolute gem. He is professional, friendly, efficient and goes way beyond the call of duty (Help move furniture, drive round the property at night etc.). He is clearly passionate about his job and is very experienced. Arzu has also been a star, following up assiduously and always being there when needed. What a team! I had been searching for a new property…

I had been searching for a new property for over two years now trying to juggle getting a buy to let so that I could upsize from my one double bed and one single bedroom flat for my daughter and me. After about 3 years of looking, I finally found somewhere in the right location and on budget. I had to sell my property in order to buy the new one. Having developed a relationship over time with many estate agents, I chose Martyn Gerrard. They gave me a fair valuation. I had got a very low valuation from one popular estate agent, so was very happy with their valuation. With a very good database of perspective buyers and a steady stream of viewings, it took about 3 weeks for my property to sell. They have a very personal touch and I was able to have many in-depth discussions. They were also very good with our pet cat Bucky during viewings. I would definitely recommend them Martin and Mark were my main contacts and I really appreciated how our relationship evolved over time, there was no pressure and my requirements were met at every stage! From his initiative in reaching out to us prior to the property we bought being listed, to stepping in when both sets of solicitors were at hold points. Jenna Durand at East Finchley MG

I wanted to write a review to commend the East Finchley branch of Martyn Gerrard. We have been trying to move for a few years now and were badly let down about a year ago. The lovely Jenna never gave up though. She has been positive and helpful throughout the whole process, and when we thought we couldn't go through it all again, she never gave up hope! She has been in constant contact throughout the whole time and has a great manner and professionalism that never ever falters. No question is ever an issue for her and she is a real asset to the team at the branch.
