Kevin, my relationship manager from Martyn Gerrard understood my requirement and the kind of tenants, I was looking for. The lease with the previous tenant was coming to an end and Kevin started looking for new tenants at higher rent, well in advance. Kevin proactively worked on this assignment and we finalized the new tenant, quickly on a favorable terms. I had a seamless and fantastic experience with Steffi who helped me through the entire process of finding a rental in London from start to finish. She was exceptional in her knowledge, reliable and extremely trustworthy. She actually gave me great advice and helped secure a fantastic flat. Even after the rental agreement was signed, she continued to help with all matters related to move in, and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this agency, and especially Steffi!

After living in my property for over 20 years the idea of selling up and moving on appeared daunting and overwhelming. My experience with Martyn Gerrard proved to be the opposite. Initially I received a number of valuations from other agents but decided to go with MG. This was mainly due to the advice and information given by the manager who I found to be realistic, informative and reassuring. I assume this is based on years of experience and expert understanding of the market and the area. This also served to instil a sense of confidence. I also selected MG because of their accessibility. Whenever I popped into the branch I found staff members to be always very helpful and courteous. I was also very impressed with the way my property was presented and marketed on line. Finally I wish to give special thanks to Arzu who represented me and negotiated on my behalf. She guided me through process, provided clarification, feedback, and updates. No question was too trivial. She would also endeavour to fit in viewings to meet my needs. Amazingly only after a few months of appearing on the market my property has now sold and I'm looking forward to moving on to live nearer to family. A big thanks to the North Finchley branch.

Brilliant and professional service, sold in no time.Declan was assigned to our property and did a great job from start to finish. He really looked out for us as sellers, and was very fair and reasonable throughout. We sold our property before we knew it and even ended up buying through another branch of Martyn Gerrard. Would highly recommend.

Ive recently just sold our flat with Stewart Willerton and his team at Martyn Gerrard in Whetstone and cannot praise Stewart and his team highly enough. The level of support offered to us throughout has been exemplary. Stewart was available around the clock to help us to progress this sale in a timescale which was critically important to us. This isnt the first time ive used MG and i have to say they are absolutely top class agents.. I wouldnt consider working with anyone else in North London! Thank You!!

Rented a property through this estate agent this year in February and it is the worst experience I have every had. The agents took zero responsibility for the state the property was handed over to us in, which was a terrible one, and washed their hands of us immediately as they were not the managing agent. Understandable that they are not the managing agent however this was not an issue some time into the tenancy agreement it was an issue, or rather several, with the condition the property was handed to us in. There was rubbish and leftover belongings throughout the whole property, no working kitchen lights, no working shower, no access to our balcony, no working smoke detector, work that was promised to be done wasn't, professional clean hadn't been done (also promised) and we had no mattress provided, a clause that had been written into our contract. when contacted, we were lied to by the agent Steffi Kampoli, she told us the Landlord was on his was over with a mattress, turns out he wasn't even in the country. A company and it's employees with zero morals and zero shame.

I recently relet my flat near Finchley Central station and was assisted by Tyler Gorman, Lettings Manager, and Gintare Pauliunaite.They found me excellent tenants very quickly and I was very pleased with their service. I have let my flat with Martyn Gerrard since 2016. I live in Norfolk and it can be a stressful time letting a property in London. Gintare was very helpful in answering my questions and keeping me informed each step of the way. Finding reliable and caring tenants with full insurance cover is most important in the current economic climate. Tony Kenber
