Gabriella and the MG East Finchley team did a great job from the start. Communication was generally very good and we were kept in the loop at every stage, through some very difficult moments in the transaction. Matthew and Christian came to my property to resolve a plumbing leak my neighbour had because the neighbour was unreachable. It was causing damage to my property over a 3 week period. Once I spoke to Matthew who was acting on behalf of the freeholder, he organised for himself , Christian and another colleague to attend and fix the issue. They were helpful, friendly and practical, turned up when they said ans did a great job I really appreciate it as was at a loose end knowing what to do. Thank you

Martyn Gerrard were instructed after failing to sell with another High Barnet agent despite being on the market for 5 months. The property subsequently went under offer with MG before it had even reached the open market! The sale took a lot longer than anticipated through no fault of the agent however, Bruvis went above and beyond to keep the sale on track continually keeping us updated on developments as well as preventing us from losing our new purchase, I cannot highly recommend Bruvis and his team in Barnet enough. Thank you once again.

I recently sold my property in Crouch End and was very pleased that I chose the local branch of Martyn Gerrard to manage the process. From the very beginning to the end the whole team worked seamlessly to provide me with a fantastic, efficient and professional service, if my main contact Abby was out of the office on business then other team members were fully aware of progress and could answer my questions so there was no time lost, something which shows good teamwork and was really appreciated. James provided a valuation with quality recent sales data to justify it, they had clearly done their homework and knew the market well. He suggested a marketing strategy which worked very well and within a couple of weeks the property was under offer with multiple offers received and considered with advice from the team. Due to circumstances we were working to a hard deadline to complete and during the sale negotiations James and Abby kept a close eye on developments and played an active role in solving questions and issues which arose during the process. I don’t think its an exaggeration to say that without their professionalism and diligence the sale would not have gone through. I can honestly say it was a real pleasure working with the whole team from beginning to end and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
