The team at Martyn Gerard were excellent. The marketing material created on Rightmove and Zoopla was brilliantly crafted and was to a much higher standard we got from other agents. Declan on the team provided really thorough viewings to potential buyers. And James provided excellent after-sales support and helped to drive the sale to completion, providing timely updates by chasing buyers, other agents and solicitors throughout as and when needed.

Titas is an amazing estate agent. Since I only have a short time to view three different properties in the area, Titas plan the best route for the viewing tour and taking consideration of how I was going to leave the area. Very attentive!He was doing his best to get me the offer from the landlord, what a shame the deal didn’t put through in the end. Appreciate his help.Highly recommend this agency to everyone.

We rented via MG for 5 years, the Team at management and renewal have been very helpful along the years dealing with a difficult Landlord. A thanks to Zoe , Gin and especially Germano, who in very dedicated and kind. We have now moved out and the letting Team led by Anthony has been very respectful of our requirements when organising visits.

We were told by Martyn Gerrard that the landlords were looking for long-term tenants, which was a key reason we chose the property. Just three months into our tenancy, we were suddenly informed that the landlords had decided to sell, completely contradicting what the agency had promised us. Uprooting our lives so soon after moving in was stressful and costly, and it’s hard not to feel that we were misled just to get the tenancy signed.

Me and my partner were struggling to find a property to rent because of some emergency, then we find Martyn Gerrard. They have some wonderful properties and our agent Kevin is really helpful. Response is fast and everything goes well. We then finally rent the property we want and very happy with that.

It's going to be hard to explain what I'm trying without using profanity, but I'll try. Please read them all. On May 20, we crossed paths with this company and I wanted to rent a house in Enfiled. I liked the house and said I wanted to rent it. Then, if we said that there was another offer for the house, they raised the price. I agreed, as there was a slight difference. They then told me that the landlord had chosen us and that if I gave a week's deposit, they would start the process. And when the transactions were over, they told me that I had to give another month's rent and 4 weeks' deposit. When I told them that their ads were without a deposit, they said that sometimes they advertise this way, but they ask for a total deposit of 5 weeks. I was able to get the deposit back in the future. Minus all the documents and evidence they asked me for.And about a week later they said that everything was OK and that we could move home on 20 July. And they said I had to pay the rent and deposit on the same day. 1 week before we moved to the house, they said that the landlord gave up, citing our visa as the reason. (which I think they definitely evaluated a higher-priced offer. because when I asked other real estate agents, they said that my visa was not a problem) they offered me a slightly smaller house in the same area at a high price, they sent the picture and postcode. I informed them that I could not accept under these conditions and that I requested a discount on the price. After this request, the transactions slowed down a lot. my calls were not returned to my messages and when you could meet, they said that they could not communicate with the landlord. In fact, the house they offered me is a house that is in the portfolio of another real estate agent. then I requested to end the trade due to trust problems and requested the refund of the price I paid on 14 June. they say that there is a 5-day waiting period to return the money they want on the same day, and although today is 19 June, they say that my payment has been approved but will pass to my account on 21 June. If I need to give you a piece of advice, if you are going to work with this company, do not pay before signing and getting the key, or best of all, work with smaller and local real estate agents. sometimes big. being big is not enough to be quality. you can eat a hamburger in a very famous and subeli place to feed your stomach, but you can't taste it. just like that. I think the company name should be Mc Martyn Gerard.

We are sorry you have had this experience and understand why you feel we have let you down, but we must explain our side.You applied to rent the flat, and the landlord accepted your offer. You paid the holding deposit to secure the property and passed our referencing process. Everything was on track for the tenancy to begin in July.However, out of the blue, the landlord decided not to proceed. We argued strongly on your behalf to change their mind but were unsuccessful. Despite what we believe to be a moral obligation, the landlord does have the right to withdraw.We are still unsure why they made this decision, as they haven’t provided a valid reason. It was NOT due to us accepting another offer; in fact, we have stopped working with this landlord because we find their actions unacceptable. Your deposit has been fully refunded.We appreciate this doesn’t help you, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the landlord’s decision.

Sheriaz was helpful and attentive. He was very committed to completing the let and communicated well to achieve this. Would have been great to have had a floor plan, although Sheriaz facilitated a measuring session for us. Also a more concrete handover process with the landlord would have been helpful, but overall extremely satisfied with this experience. Thanks, Sheriaz!
