Raj and the team did what they promised from the start. They held an open weekend for the sale of our mothers house immediately and within days they brought in a string of appointments for it which resulted in an offer. They not only helped us through negotiations but they had a list of contacts for clearance companies etc to make things easier. Myself and my family cannot speak more highly of them. They kept us in the loop at all times. Made a stressful situation stressfree - thanks guys

Daniel was brilliant in helping us secure our flat in the north London area. He was very professional and walked us through each step of the process in a very efficient manner. There was a slight complication with our offer email which had been quarantined by the email system and therefore not delivered to Daniel, however as we had expressed keen interest to him on the day of viewing, he took the time to call and follow up before sending the offers to the landlord, in which he then found a solution to ensure our offer was considered. We would highly recommend Daniel and Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents.

We have just exchanged on our house, and very happy with the price we got for it. Unfortunately we had a buyer pull out right before exchange but Mark and Cem managed to get us another buyer within days which ended in a smooth quick sale with lovely buyers. Very good communication from Mark throughout the process, he was a big help with lots of knowledge as I had never sold a property before and he always answered my many questions promptly and in depth. I have been renting from Martyn Gerrard for almost two years and i've just successfully completed the renewal of the contract for another 12 months. Thanks to Jessica, the renewal consultant, the process has been swift and set up in a way that required minimum input from my side. With equal efficiency Damla, the property manager, and Greg, the team's director, have been very helpful in resolving any issues with the property. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an efficient, helpful and reliable team.

Looking to move can be very stressful and exciting and the same time, however being looked after by Stewart and his team made the journey a lot more exciting than stressful. The whole team were very friendly and professional and Stewart really understood our needs and found my family the dream property. From my first initial call, to the day we got the keys my wife and I were treated fantasticly even with all of our questions and multiple visits to the house. (Great PatientTeam) We got there in the end and I would recommend to anyone looking to get a property in North London to give Stewart and his team a call.

Care of The Metropolitan Police, posted from multiple victims of Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents and their other 25 different named companies as evidenced on these Trustpilot pages... Due to the violence of Martyn Gerrard’s debt collectors victims give this Metropolitan Police Evidence anonymously as the victims have children to protect.Martyn Gerrard Estate agents and it’s various other names such as North London Network, Block Management and Greyclyde Investments are reported hundreds of times on Trust Pilot as organised criminals, it's accounts are misleading and false.For example Martyn Gerrard send out "late payment fees" "Ballance carried forward" statements / invoices, those fraudulent accounts by Simon Gerrard, Matthew Wheeler & Paula Macmurdie show no date of when the "late payment" or "Ballance carried forward" first occurred. First thing is first, Kyri Mnaea who is the assistant manager at Muswell Hill, Martyn Gerrard, knows his stuff! He knows the industry inside out. My experience dealing with him is a 'person who gets things done with the least possible difficulty'I have now completed on a beautiful flat to which; Kyri was instrumental in selling for the vendor and me as the buyer. Even though both parties will always have various complications, it is up to the estate agent (in my case it was Kyri) to appease both parties, their lawyers, surveyors and so forth whereby he sorts out and maintains an admirable, controlled and upbeat order for both parties.Dealing with Kyri at Martyn Gerrard, I found it stress free in times of confusion (especially for a first-time buyer) and his patience is admirable and his knowledge extensive.I believe Kyri has been in the real estate business for long enough to know he is credible. If anyone would like to deal with a specialised North-London real-estate agent who lays his cards on the table, his honest, has integrity and is trustworthy... this is your chap. Thank you so much to Annie and Mark at Martyn Gerrard Kentish Town to provide me lots of supports in property search, viewings, and purchase. Long words for short - they have very good contact and swift replies, and they have absolutely good knowledge for the area.It took me only a week to have the viewing done, offer negotiated&accepted and mortgage approved. Efficent! And I finally got the keys of my new home yesterday!PS: The first property I was trying to purchase was unfortunately rejected by lender after nearly 2 month into the process. If Annie and Mark didn't recommened this current property to me (even before the ad was posted), I would be nearly homeless by now.
