My wife and I had a very smooth transition into moving into our first property together and was helped by Chris Lambrou. Chris was very helpful, efficient and respectful. He always kept us informed and in good time. There was a mix up with keys on the move in day, which was no fault of his own, but he managed to sort it for us very quickly. All in all we had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard.

Monica Naples @ Martyn Gerard Finchley Central - was very empathetic from when she answered the phone. Open, honest and listening. Monica quickly arranged a viewing to fit my schedule and showed up early for me at the viewing. She took her time in explaining matters well making very clear what I would be likely to expect. Explained how matters worked clearly and any questions I had were cleared up with clear explanations.I found she was able to build rapport very quickly with me and assured me of the trust I could place in her. I came home feeling very valued knowing Monica had my back and would look out for something that would suit my requirements. Thank you to Martyn Gerrard for helping us sell our property whilst we had to race to make the stamp duty deadline. Kyri and Arzu were fantastic keeping us informed when our property was taking viewings and Craig was integral in the final weeks before exchange of contracts.Once under offer our sale was predominantly dealt with by Ercan in the Barnet office. I cannot thank Ercan enough for his help and calm advice when we often were panicking. We’ve come to realise estate agents are not just sale negotiators but also skilled therapists.

I have received regular updates, phone calls, and emails during my search for a home. As most of us know, moving can be a stressful life event - so having consistency in communications ( such as I have received ) has been empowering in the sense of helping me persevere in my search. I have often been asked what my specifications for a home are, and whether they have changed (e.g. location/price etc.) before matches are made - which I find reassuring since it shows I am being listened to, especially in an era that is post Brexit/Covid/interest rate rises, when personal experiences, more than usually, can be constantly changing. Overall, very pleased with the experience.

Having been guided through the sales experience by Arzu and Kyri, we have now exchanged contracts on our flat. We had previously been on the market with another agent but felt that they were not actively selling the flat enough for our liking so switched to Martyn Gerrard, it was the right choice! The handling of the sale, predominantly by Arzu has been very smooth, with very little stress, Arzu is a really lovely person to deal with and made sure we were kept up-to-date at all times. I would thoroughly recommend selling with these guys above any other in the North Finchley area.

Thank heavens for Martyn Gerard who saved us from the depths of despair.Kyri is a beacon of optimism. He is kind, responsive and he listens. Arzu is warm and charming. And Craig is a grandmaster of Finchley property. He knows his market; he is frank and observant, and he prices and plans with intelligence. Our only regret is to have passed on Martyn Gerrard for our first failed sale handled incompetently by a neighbouring major player.Martyn Gerrard were efficient, honest and they stood firmly on our side. They took the time to listen to us, they marketed the property appropriately and they negotiated a terrific sale. Brilliant.

I can’t recommend Stewart and his team from Whetstone enough. From the very start they have been upfront, proactive and none of the estate agent sales “waffle”! I had the valuation done then 2 months later phoned Stewart as I had found a house and needed an offer on my house by the end of the week. Within 2hrs of that call he had his team visit, photograph the house and email their applicants. The following day we had 20viewings lined up and 6 offers the day after that. House under offer in less than 40hrs! Very impressed and hugely grateful to have found them! Thank you again guys!

We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard, Whetstone. They were always pleasant to deal with, very professional and genuinely caring. Declan and Martin conducted the viewings and gave us feedback and were always happy to talk to us. Before the initial viewings they visited our house to familiarise themselves with what it had to offer; thereby being in a good position to point out its qualities and answer buyers’ queries.Our sale wasn’t easy; there were a few bumps along the way, but Stewart guided the whole process to a successful sale.
