I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Bruvis Hiew the Sales Manager of Martyn Gerrard in Barnet. He has always been so helpful and knowledgable since starting the selling process of my home at the end of 2022. He was informative about the marketplace; the marketing, the photos, the detail and he worked extremely hard on generating valuable viewings with regular feedback until he found the best buyer. He would call regularly with stats, to guide me correctly on the best way to generate more interest. He found me several potential buyers and was clear, precise and engaged throughout the whole selling process until the end. Erhan from the Whetstone branch was also brilliant at finding me professional, trustworthy tenants prior to me selling in 2022.A huge thank you to them both personally.

We recently put our house for sale with Martin Gerard, Crouch End. We found the manager, Dario a pleasant guy, easy to communicate with and professional. In the office we mostly dealt with Treon , who was polite and always did what he said he would do. We have no complaints at all about Dario and the team, they got on with marketing and trying to sell our house for us.However where they really excelled was when, due to a genuine misunderstanding we agreed to sell our house to a private buyer even though we were, strictly speaking still under contract with them. This buyer came via a close friend ( and not through their marketing), a fact we were able to verify.However Dario and his director could have made things very difficult for us and probably would have been within their rights to ask for some money for all the work they had done during the 6 weeks it was for sale. Instead they were understanding of the predicament we found ourselves in and allowed us to carry on with our private sale, with no charge and with their blessing! We thought that was very decent of them!From our experiences we would highly recommend Martin Gerard.

Rude agents..The person I spoke with had an attitude from the second we began speaking. The advertisement on the platforms stated a full property cost but then individual rooms cost which made the advert seem like there were looking for one or two people. To which I was told I was a liar, I had also asked that they inform me when they intended to call as I have many meetings, but this was completely ignored and I had to hold a meeting for this call as i didn't know the number and was concerned it was something urgent. don't appreciate the conduct of the estate agent, It is very difficult to get properties right now. Potential tenants need some sympathy while we are struggling to find someone where not rudeness
