TrustpilotThank you Cem at Martyn Gerard.
We have had a nightmare with estate agents in London, and Cem at Martyn Gerard is a breathe of fresh air. It's been such a calm and considerate process; Cem has been helpful and friendly every step of the way. The property is beautiful and in great condition. Even the referencing process, which is usually stressful, was easy and painless. Thank you, Cem; I couldn't have had a better experience!

Declan and Martyn have been most professional throughout our dealings. We had some disappointment early on and they both never gave up, in fact their determination even after our sole contract expired and they knew other Agents were now involved it spurred them on to make the sale!Albeit at a reduced price ( which of course is my final decision) we got there in the end and I am very happy!
