North Finchley branch are the worst people to rent with. Seriously avoid at all cost, they simply dont care*******Reply to Martyn Gerrard’s reply:My name is Kristina Divrova, i rent a house at N3 1PD, the agency lied about our garden, promised they will clean the rubbish in December 2021, now is September 2022 and they still havent hired anyone to clear this jungle they put us in. They hired workers to place soundproofing on our floor, they BROKE OUR FURNITURE and LEFT DIRTY MESS AND RUN AWAY. Again your agency didnt do ANYTHING, they know my name as i complaint 100 TIMES and contacted them another 1000 times, if you insist i can share here my 10 month nightmare experience in detail? Avoid at all cost, once again the agency only cares about taking your MONEY, they lie and dont care about tenants

We let our house through Martyn Gerard’s East Finchley office, we opted for their full management package. We ended up with the tenant from hell, at the end of the tenancy there was over £15,000 of damages and a period of 3 months as we supervised repairs to get the house back into a habitable condition. Over the rental period we lost money, Martyn Gerard’s took £6000 in fees and failed to reply when we questioned this. The tenancy ran from March 2020 but only now have we put it all behind us.

Found a listing on Zoopla by this company, got in touch with them and told them to either email me the details of the tenancy and send me the video of the apartment, if the apartment met my needs and requirements I was ready to pay the holding deposit for this property, they told me that they will get in touch with me as soon as they can, week goes by, they never do. No email no phone call no what’s app message, even though I specifically asked them to get in touch as soon as they can. Now the property is off the market. I do not understand why make all these promises and lose a potential customer by not getting in touch with them.
