It started with their lettings team in East Finchley adding and removing items without discussion from the lettings agreement. Followed by several years false promises, lies, misinformation and ineptitude. Ending with sending workman round to my home without warning or agreement and inappropriate phone calls, messages and emails. It had gotten to the point where I'd forgotten what great or even good looked like from service perspective and on signing with a new agency I've realised the ease of how things could be and great communication. This may be limited to their East Finchley branch, but I would never use MG again. There are so many estate agents in North London, just choose one of the many others.

I can see from our records that you originally rented a property in 2017, renewing your tenancy several times. As the property was not fully managed by us, I am not aware of the issues you are referring to.
