Now, I want to make it clear that this testimonial is entirely unsolicited by haart and I choose to do this because I think I've received service beyond the call of duty. From the time I met Jack Elston of haart Estate Agency in May 2019 he was consistently professional. He took photographs and drew a new floor plan which accurately represented the house (unlike the previous selling agents). This, I'm sure, made a significant step forward in selling the property. During the selling period I would also like to thank Nikita Sachania for her persistence. But, close to and after completion, Jack Elston was there 24x7 by email or phone. Stupendous! So very helpful at all times, and I hope he doesn't burn out!!

Nikita was a pleasure to work with. She was very thorough and accommodating as well as friendly and approachable. She maintained close contact with me and I felt as if she understood my requirements and did her best to ensure they were met. However I didn't buy a property from Haart simply due to another property arising from a different estate agent. But I would still like to say that Nikita was a pleasure to work with and I give her top marks... 5 stars and more if I could!

I looked for accomodation through different agencies but never got a very warm welcome like haart did. Tanika was so helpful for me to sort out my paper work. There was a time when I almost gave up but Tanika assisted me all the way through the process to let this beautiful property. She has good communication skills, a friendly voice and very patient. Natasha is very polite and professionell. We have very specific requirements for the neighbourhood we want to live in, so it is important for us to know what kind of people live there. Other Estate Agents just did not care to find out for us but Natasha even offered checking during the viewing so we would be able speak to them. We also ran late for the viewing but even though she had other appointments, she just resceduled them to be able to show us the flat.

The property letting service I received with Haart Enfield branch was excellent. The letting manager Stefania is very professional and fantastic negotiator. She helped me to find a right tenant, taking personal approach to the needs of both tenants and the landlord. Stefania and other letting agents in this branch are always approachable, attending to all issues as they arise. Letting specialists in this agency are very knowledgeable and hardworking. I would recommend this agency to anyone, who is looking to rent/let the property, as you will get excellent service, reassurance and advice throughout the process. Recently purchased a property from Enfield Haart branch, and was extremely happy with the service provided by all. In particular Jay who was with us every step of the way from start to finish. Quickly arranged viewings when I requested them and was very patient and professional with us. Jay was honestly very helpful and kept contacting me to provide updates and to check up on how things were going with the mortgage application and solicitor. Also called me on the day of contract exchange to congratulate us with was a very nice pleasant touch. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you very very much :)

Well were do I start. The service I got from my solicitor was nothing short of disgusting however if it wasn't for Lia at Enfield I really don't think that my sale & purchase would have ever happened. Lia was so helpful sending emails, talking to solicitors and other estate agents and final getting the deal over the line. On the day of the exchange of contracts Lia celebrated with me over the phone and showed genuine excitement for my move. I would love to meet her one day to thank her properly face to face however for now Lia thank you very much for all you did, your a diamond. I highly recommend Lia Demetriou for your move.

I was very pleased with Haart estate agent in Enfield Town , the staff there was very professional, nice & helpful especially Adam Blake, he was fantastic he guided me through the whole process of buying a property & was on the case finding me the right property as he knew what I was looking for, he didn’t waste my time taking me on viewing on properties he knew I wouldn’t be interested in , Adam found me a property very fast & thanks to him I now owed my perfect flat 👍. I would recommend Haart for selling or renting your home they were a pleasure to deal with: especially as I was in a difficult situation. The manager came to view my property to sell, Jack was professional, prepared and helpful. I was more than happy for him to go ahead with the sale.  Unfortunately my situation then changed, l had to rent my property, hopefully as quickly as possible. I explained my problem to Jack and he dealt with everything and passed all my information to the letting team and my property was let.
