We were buying via Haart so usually the agent would have the vendors best interests at heart. This didn’t feel like the case with Lia. She really went above and beyond to help us on a more personal level. She worked her bricks off to get the transaction on both sides done, we exchanged and completed 1 day apart and a lot of it was thanks to her! She knows her stuff! Nikita has been very helpful in arranging the viewing for us. We really appreciate it. There are unfortunately a few areas about the flat we don’t really prefer: - in front of the station with quite a bit of noise when the windows are open - floors in the living room and the kitchen are not level. Balcony doors are also not working - requirement of full payment - in the absence of good schools nearby, renting out may not be easy if for investment purpose - the refugee camp is just 2 streets away and it seems that the refugees may move around the districtPositiveProfessionalism, Value

Couldn’t have asked for a better rental company I am so thankful to have had my first rental experience with the rental Haart letting Estate agents, Rogenta was an absolute STAR, she was very friendly/helpful I got lost and she came out to direct me to where the flat was actually situated, she checked in with me throughout the whole process l really felt supported throughout the whole process Upon my arrival to collect my keys Rogenta was there waiting for me she took me through the whole flat and we went through any imperfections and made a note of it, she also talked me through the water system and how to use it making sure I was comfortable and stressed if I have any concerns I should contact them immediately Overall my experience so far without the Haart team has been so so pleasant and I’m so thankful that I have had my first rental experience with them ,Big thanks to Rogenta and her team.
