I am very pleased with my recent experience with the new letting team lead by tammem Shahid. He is a lovely, very knowledgeable guy who always kept his promises and ward. He found me a tenant and completed all the necessary steps very efficiently. He manage to restore my confidence in Haart letting which was badly shaken with the horrible experience in the last couple of years with their careless, unprofessional and dishonest staff. I was not happy to let them deal with my property anymore but Tammem manage to change my mind by his good manner and great approach.

Avoid Enfield Haart at all costs. If you move into a property managed by Haart it is highly likely you will regret every second you have to deal with the people who work here. Since iv been in my property i have had to carry out works myself, pay for washing machine promised by landlord, deal with at least 4 property managers - assuming staff retention is dreadful - and i still have issues within the property such as black mould, damp and broken poorly maintained stuff. Honestly go elsewhere. The property management team are so bad that if you have a problem in your property its highly likely you will have to resolve it yourself. Beats being homeless but if you have a choice choose another estate agents.

Very disappointed. Got a call from the southgate branch and the agent told me my house lease was in the 80 years range and wasn't going to have a great valuation. Some days later another agent contacted me telling a different story and told me that he would be happy to come in. We scheduled the date for today at 12.
