A big shout for Sarah from Haart Enfield branch and whole letting team. Sarah has been excellent, organised, prompt. She very helpful, knowledgeable as she let my two bedroom Maisonette for rent. From start to finish made sure everything gone smooth and went beyond and above to help me. I have been a client with Haart for 6 years now as they manage my property and I can not ask for better service and excellent communication she has updated me through out the letting process on the progress. She understood my needs in particular, we viewed a property together and Ash acknowledged that this property was the one for my children and I. Rogenta is the worst agent ever!! So she asked us to rate her service on google after the viewing, then ignored us, never called never answered our calls never sent us the forms so we can put down our offer!! Yet we call the agency and they ask us why we didn’t fill the forms?? And because of that the place was off the market to someone else!! Then she send us a text message asking us to call the agency again!! And she kept avoiding us?? Worst service ever!!!!! She is so unprofessional and disrespectful too
