Nikita Sachania arranged the property viewing in my and her busy schedule, she was punctual, she was at the appointment on time, showed me the property and told me the facts about the property. There are many estate agents who push their opinions to their clients without knowing all about their circumstances, but facts are the same for everyone. I believe Nikita's strength in her job comes from being objective, stating the facts and understanding both buyer's and vendor's incentives and circumstances. THE DREAM TEAM On meeting Jack Elston when he came to value my mother’s house in May 2019, I knew within a few minutes he would be given the contract to sell the property. We were not disappointed, for he patiently waited for us to resume negotiations after I received Probate end of May 2020. Jack and his team (esp. Nikita) kept as in the picture on what was going on, without the need for me to call for an update. When I accepted the final offer to sell they all continued to chase the buyer’s solicitors and our conveyancers when things appeared to be slowing; due to their diligence they brought the sale to completion much quicker. I was not residing at the property and because of this Jack agreed to make regular visits and advised us all the way to the completion. His advice was so helpful and important to us, which without would have lost us money on the sale price. We are elderly and live many miles away but we knew that we could trust ‘The Dream Team’ to sort things out for us. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving Jack and his team 5 stars and would not hesitate in highly recommending them and would certainly use them again. The best thing of all is that they have up to date information about their business. Rogenta, Adam and the letting teams at Haart Enfield are very professional, friendly, excellent customer service and good very communication skills. They are managing two of my properties at the moment with high standard. And I will be using them again as well in near future to let any new property that I will purchase. Jack and his team did a great job for my sale. First they set a price quite a bit higher than I was expecting, which turned out to be correct. Then an offer came in after only a couple of weeks. From then to exchange took an annoyingly long time, but that wasn't Haart's fault, and Jack and Lia remained positive at times when I got quite grumpy with the situation. Then finally, and very happily, completion proceeded smoothly after that.
