Impossible to get hold of anyone, days of chasing by Email and phone. Happy to take 10% manage fees and do the automated processing of payments and admin to collect their cut but when the tenant or landlord needs anything it’s a real battle. Choose wisely - it’s stressful having an Agency that isn’t responsive or accountable

Myself and my family have been dealing with haart for the last 3/4 months. Initially everything was quite prompt, a lot of viewings etc whilst dealing with Paul and when calling the office Lorna. After 1 'dry' week we were asked if we wanted to drop the asking price by 50k which was quite alarming considering the initial interest and that also we are in no rush to sell but in itself no major problem. The issues soon built up however; My girlfriend works from home and has a lot of meetings and on one occasion answered the door to Paul alongside a prospective buyer having claimed to have emailed us re the appointment. Firstly- there was no email, secondly even if there was we certainly didn't reply confirming it was okay to proceed with the viewing yet you turn up anyway with a clearly embarrassed potential buyer and rush the appointment (no sale) There is clearly a lack of communication within their work processes- when on holiday which we had informed both Lorna and Paul about several times, we were woken by a call at 0530 (from Paul) who said in a email he had called to check if we were still away... no apology and a totally ridiculous excuse either way On the day of collecting our keys back (because we have decided to go elsewhere) I drove into the town to their offices having been speaking to Mark who assured me the keys were with their letting manager... I arrived at 1615 to find the branch all locked up despite the website saying they're open until 1800. No sign of their lettings manager nor our keys. Only but a few examples of the awful experience with these chancers. I fully recommend you go elsewhere and give this company a wide berth. For the sake of public decency I have worded this review politiely but the writing is on the wall.

I must truly say Ashleigh smith is a perfect candidate in what she does for haart estate agent at Enfield she is truly very passionate at her job and does exactly what an estate agent should do when we contact for properties very happy to help very good in updating unlike some estate agent that cant even be bothered to talk to us when we call for properties very very helpful and assuring to provide the care we need and support in finding what we want as it is meant to be like that as new tenants looking to rent we need someone like her as we are paying tenants and when you come across someone like ashleigh looking after new customers you wouldn't really want to be in contact with any other estate agent thank you ash let's hope i find something suitable your great at what you do well done.
