We sold our house through Equity and can’t recommend them enough.From listing our property during the week, arranging an open day on the Saturday and us accepting an offer on the Monday!Special mention to Darren who listed the property and took professional photos. Matthew who showed our property and also dealt with our buyers.Helen especially has been absolutely fantastic, she works so so hard, it has been such a pleasure dealing with her. She is an asset to the company and anyone who deals with her. She kept us updated throughout the whole process, dealing with solicitors and other agents in the chain. The customer experience has been outstanding and consistent sitting on the fence as both a buyer and seller. I have to say the team are an honest bunch. Kyrie and Darren definitely went the extra mile with selling my property, which was probably one of the most challenging properties to sell with all the negatives I.e courtyard garden and downstairs bathroom. Nevertheless, due to their experience and polished customer service skills, they did it. My first buyer pulled out and they found another buyer within weeks. They went above and beyond with their dedication, by working pass the hour. I also faced challenges with finding a property to buy, due to the shortage of properties and other external factors. They found me another property within a short space of time. Kyrie and Darren are a credit to Equity and definitely set the bar high. Definitely pivoting to the new, from the traditional practices of this sector. Helen was also great in ensuring I was kept up to date and with the chases.

Dealing with Kyrie made the process of looking for a house actually enjoyable. He was honest, on the ball but also never pushed us. He went above and beyond and was always on hand if we had a query. Unfortunately our house fell through as the seller pulled out but Kyrie really tried to keep things moving and always sent us other properties he thought would interest us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent, he was nothing like the cliches, just a down to earth guy who’s trying to get the job done and has everyone’s best interests at heart.

Fantastic team from start to finish. I felt a high level of confidence with each of the team at each stage. From Josh at the start to Kyrie selling my house and Darren throughout. Everyone responds quickly without having to be chased. Then Helen took over and gave me so much support throughout the sale progression of a tricky sale. She is quick and efficient in her communication. Most importantly Helen is friendly and kind. Helen is a huge asset to Equity. I would highly recommend selling your house with this team.

We was thinking of moving and wanted a valuation, so booked in Darren Nelson from Equity as we had purchased our property from them and Darren in 2014 and was a very easy going experience back then. Darren was very helpful as per our previous encounter with him, and helped us, advised us and guided us along the way. Equity managed to get an offer on our property within a week of speaking to Darren. We were chain sellers, and through the management of Equity and specifically Darren and Helen, our first acceptance was also the eventual buyer of our property. The property we ended up purchasing was also through Equity and the wonderful help of Kyrie, Matthew and the rest of the team to help us get over the line. Both Darren and Helen, worked miracles to deal with somewhat slow solicitors involved in the process and their communication and keeping us up to date was one of the best things about them. Thank you for so much, for making things easier and providing continual reassurance which is very welcomed in a stressful and life changing experience such as moving homes Would highly recommend Equity and would like to extend our thanks to the Enfield branch in particular. The process with Equity was a pleasure from the moment we put the house on the market to when it was sold. There were a few ups and downs during the process but Darren was a real help and support during this period. They really delivered on 1st class service and we felt like we mattered to them. I could not be happier with the service I received from Equity. I used Equity twice over the past 8 years for buying a property and for selling it. Both times they were amazing to deal with. Matthew was very professional and friendly, he did the property valuation, placed the property the market and found the buyer after a single viewing!!! Helen, my point of contact, was very professional, helpful, friendly and absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was involved in a very complicated chain as I was selling and buying, but Helen made this process as easy as possible. She was always prompt in responding. I asked her a million and one questions throughout and she patiently answered to every single of them. Thank you for all your assistance Helen! x Equity has provided a great advice and support as well as introduced me to a fantastic solicitor. I would highly recommend Equity to all thinking of buying, selling or renting.

We have recently completed on a purchase of a property through Equity and from the initial property enquiry to completion we can not fault their service. Our first contact was with the lovely Aaliyah who dealt with booking in the viewing of the house we wanted to buy and then the offer being put forward to the vendor. Equity’s policy is they will only put an offer forward once buyers can produce I.D, proof of mortgage and that they also have proof of deposit. This obviously eliminates any time wasters.As you can imagine this is quite a nerve wracking stage to see if your offer has been accepted and Aaliyah was a true professional and was in contact with us whenever she had the smallest update and would always call us back when she said she would. Once our offer was accepted we were kept in the loop at all times during the conveyancing process by Darren at Equity. Due to our solicitors weak communication and at times being very difficult! If it wasn’t for Darren’s intervention and updates from the vendors solicitors side we would probably still be waiting for a completion date or even worse the vendor would’ve placed the property back on the market. We have another property that we hope to rent out and find the right tenants for so we will definitely be in touch with Equity again to see if their lettings department can help us. Thank you again Equity for helping us purchase our dream home!

I have dealt with many estate agents in multiple house sales but Darren is without a shadow of a doubt the best, most conscientious hard working agent that I have ever met. I cannot recommend him highly enough - without all his work above and beyond that of a normal agent our sale would have collapsed.
