The Equity Sales team sold 2 flats for me in 2022. Darren, Helen and the team were absolutely amazing. They constantly kept me updated about the sale and explained things to me that i wasnt sure about, when hurdles came up, which they did with 1 of the flats, Darren was straight on the job to find a solution, speaking to all parties involved to make sure the sale completed. Thank you all for the dedication and hard work, we would definitely use Equity again.

Flat sale: sold relatively quickly, fees quite high, but communication wasn't great and we have felt a bit patronised by our point of contact throughout the process. The experience of using two agents on two different properties has been enlightening, our other agent couldn't be more on the ball or friendly. Highlight has been dealing with Gabby - if you need an answer or something doing, she is your girl - knowledgeable, quick, and very professional.

My mum wanted to sell a property so at first she went to an estate agent that didn't seem to care about her needs and wants as a customer and it just seemed liked this agent just couldn't be bothered. Luckily my mum had not signed that estate agents fee/ commission contract yet, so my mum left this estate agent and came to Equity instead.From the start to finish of the sale of my mum's property, Darren and Helen were just so supportive, they were always so kind and spoke to us like they genuinely cared, like it wasn't just about the sale for them so they could get their commission, i could tell the way they treated myself and mum they cared. Like for example Darren would sometimes be busy and would send me a message that he would call me back but literally stop what he was doing and a few minutes later call me back. The point i am trying to make is Darren went above and beyond for my mum.So Darren, Helen and the whole team at Equity thanks again you guys are brilliant and my mum was lucky to have you as estate agents.

One word…… Oustanding. Cannot recommend Equity highly enough, in particular Darren and Helen. It was not an easy sale as there were issues with managing agents etc but Darren and Helen went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. These people really care. Any concerns/questions that I had were dealt with efficiently and promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have sold many properties over the years and have never had this level of service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Darren and team. You were amazing.

The customer experience has been outstanding and consistent sitting on the fence as both a buyer and seller. I have to say the team are an honest bunch. Kyrie and Darren definitely went the extra mile with selling my property, which was probably one of the most challenging properties to sell with all the negatives I.e courtyard garden and downstairs bathroom. Nevertheless, due to their experience and polished customer service skills, they did it. My first buyer pulled out and they found another buyer within weeks. They went above and beyond with their dedication, by working pass the hour. I also faced challenges with finding a property to buy, due to the shortage of properties and other external factors. They found me another property within a short space of time. Kyrie and Darren are a credit to Equity and definitely set the bar high. Definitely pivoting to the new, from the traditional practices of this sector. Helen was also great in ensuring I was kept up to date and with the chases.

Dealing with Kyrie made the process of looking for a house actually enjoyable. He was honest, on the ball but also never pushed us. He went above and beyond and was always on hand if we had a query. Unfortunately our house fell through as the seller pulled out but Kyrie really tried to keep things moving and always sent us other properties he thought would interest us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent, he was nothing like the cliches, just a down to earth guy who’s trying to get the job done and has everyone’s best interests at heart.

Darren, Matthew and the rest of the team have been amazingly professional from day one. I will be forever grateful for all of their hard work, patience and dedication. Our journey wasn't an easy one. We had a lot of set backs with issues from others involved in the chain. Despite all of this, Darren and his team went over and above to get things sorted and finalised. My family and I are now happy in our new home, which wouldn't have been possible without them. All I can say is thank you, thank you and thank you once again.
