We bought and sold our property with Equity

We bought our property from Equity, so when we decided to move we requested their assistance again.We went back because of the service, the honesty and the bluntness (that is a great thing), we knew we could trust they would do an amazing job.We put our property in the market and it sold within a week. I couldn't recommend these guys more, particularly Darren who was literally our beacon (and Helen) throughout the entire process.You'd be nuts to consider anywhere else.

I called him for some general advice on buying in Enfield and he was kind enough to take the time to advise me on the current market, local schools and the area. We used Equity to rent our flat

We used Equity to rent our flat, from initial consultation to the final signing of the agreement. The whole process went very smooth. Mark and his team (James,Jake, saby and paris) once instructed were on the case with arranging the viewings and open house and then doing a detailed check on our tenant and advising us. They kept us in the loop with regular updates. Also, to mention was the very detailed Inventory they did for our flat. We were going to manage the property ourself but based on the way Equity dealt with the whole process with no real hiccups. We decided to let Equity mange the Property too. We have already passed on their details to few of our colleagues at the block as their charges are very reasonable with no compromise on service.

Amazing !

Equity Estate Agents have been great to work with - both the sales team and the Lettings team. From sales progression Helen was fab at keeping things moving, being reassuring and understanding. Mark from Lettings was the reason we chose Equity to manage our property. He done everything to make the process as stress free as possible. Two people from his team really stood out - James who helped With the viewings was always only a call away and ready to help at any time. Saby who helped with all the background checks and paper work for prospective tenants really knows her stuff and is thorough and helpful in giving all the information you need.

I bought my property, in the Enfield area, through Equity in June 2020. The service offered by Equity, from sales to lettings, is seamless. In particular, I was most impressed by the outstanding level of customer care given by Mark Szumski, Head of Sales and Lettings. None of the staff from the agency showed up the current tenants greeted me. They just took my details and never called back and i can give a name to her name is gina. I've been dealing with Equity since 2007 and the quality of service has never failed to disappoint!I am always kept update to date with recent changes and regulatory updates and most importantly I have never felt just like a number.The service has always felt tailored to my needs and requirements. Amongst many of the Equity team there has been one particular member that has stood out for me, and that is Androulla Charalambous who has has been exceptional. I would just like to share my experience with Equity estate agents, I have purchased 4 properties from them over the last few years since 2014. The level of service they provide is so professional, they are calm yet always do what they say, they give you honest advise and not sugar coated like other estate agents, my last property wasn’t selling so I asked a few agents to sell it, however, equity were the ones who yet again came to the top and sold it. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is thinking of selling there property, buying a first time property or even selling a property that is just not bugging and selling - these guys will sell it for you and at the best price, I would especially like to thank Helen Nicoloau, Darren Nelson and Aaliyah Salih, Aaliyah in sales, who sold my last property with her professional approach in selling, Helen who progressed the sale and made sure that it all happened in a timely fashion liaising with the lawyers and agents in the chain and Darren who ensured that the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, I am one who does get a little stressed at times but each time I did the staff at equity always helped put my mind at rest and talk me through any concerns I was having at those times, I have just bought another property from them which completes in a couple of weeks, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone - just simply a nice bunch of professional people who know there stuff yet add that personal old school touch - which is very rare these days..
