Clear and regular updates. Paris especially was really helpful with finding out information that the solicitor had asked for. Darren and the team provided updates when requested. Overall, Equity provided an efficient service. (The only negative experience we had was with the solicitor recommended by Equity, who we found to offer quite a poor service in terms of communication.)

Sold my property through Equity six weeks ago and managed to move to my new property before the Government advise to not move. This was mainly due to the professionalism of the staff at Equity, particularly Darren who has been so helpful. I had many last minute queries regarding the sale. He never failed to call me back or text me, even when he was off duty weekend and evenings.I would highly recommend the EQUITY team.

Our family friend referred us to Equity Estate Agents to help sell out flat and I’ve been amazed by the time and effort the team have given me. The valuation process was quick and seamless, with superb photos taken of our flat which enabled us to have an agreed offer within a week of it being advertised.Since then I’ve been dealing with Darren whose service has been absolutely flawless. He has kept in regular contact with me throughout the the sales process, guiding me through the complexities of a chain, providing advice and support where needed. Darren has gone out of his way to follow up with several parties (we were 4 properties in one chain) to find out how things were progressing when we needed clarity.Without Darren’s help, I think I would have given up but everything has worked out. Equity go against the usual mold of what an estate agent is, Darren and his team have been first class in all aspects of dealing with my sale, there communication and efforts are fantastic, they have been totally honest an open from day one absolutely no hard sell. Darren and the Equity team were great. They were pro-active and the team were very thorough with their communication.The team were perhaps a bit too conservative when it came to what the value should be but I can understand why they valued it did. We're pleased it sold for what we wanted it to sell for.Overall a great service in a stressful process and i would recommend them to other sellers.
