Matthew from Equity estate agents came and valued my property in May. I had to wait for 9 days before they can act as my new sole agent. I had my home on the market since September 2023 with another estate agent never sold my home. As data protection I will not add the the estate agent company's name, When the contract finished end of May 2024 icontacted Equity estate agents. gave them the go ahead as the sole agent. 1st week of June 2024 Matthew called me and told that he had a potential buyer. The client came and viewed my property. The very next day. I had a call from Darren takes over and looks after the sale. When he called me and told me about the clients offer I accepted it. Although there were complications on the way while the buyer did over budget. It took a while for them to come up with the funds. Darren at Equity told me to have faith with him ( Although it was no fault of his own or Equity estate agents) It was the buyers it took a while to exchange and complete.Darren was amazing and kept me always informed. Hand on heart Equity will sell you your property they are very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work Darren & Matthew making my new dream home come true.

I actually was recommended Equity through Get Agent. They were my wildcard valuation because most homes in our area are covered by two other agents. The minute I met Matt and his team I knew they were our best bet. They understood us, our home and the market and they were willing to go above and beyond to make our sale as easy as possible. I have really appreciated their honesty and professionalism and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good agent.

I am updating this review on 21.07.2024, as I have more to tell. My experience with Equity Enfield Highway has been nothing short of a nightmare. Let me lay it out for you.Back in 2021, I discovered that one of their tenants was fraudulently claiming benefits while residing in Nigeria. Despite being aware of this, Equity did little to address the situation. I was left to foot the bill for solicitor fees and court fees to evict the tenant, as their staff displayed a shocking lack of legal knowledge on tenant eviction procedures.After much struggle and personal effort, I managed to evict the tenants on my own. Throughout this ordeal, the staff at Equity were not only unhelpful but downright rude. My complaints regarding race and prejudice were brushed off without any meaningful investigation.Finally, on 14 February 2024, I obtained a CCJ against all three tenants who had been living in the house. However, this victory came at a considerable cost - a conservative estimate of £5,087.11, and that's not even including solicitor fees and legal expenses which will now be pursued.I endured over three years of sheer hell dealing with Equity. Their incompetence, lack of empathy, and disregard for their clients' concerns are utterly appalling. I refuse to let their estate agents escape accountability. Consider this review a warning - steer clear of Equity unless you're prepared for a world of frustration and disappointment.I wish to add that Androulla, who dealt with the matters, offered zero customer service throughout this ordeal.

Darren and the team at Equity Estate Agents went above and beyond to get our purchase completed. It was an extremely tricky situation with lots of hurdles to overcome. Darren didn't give up and gave a lot of his own time to get it over the line. If it wasn't for the additional time and effort Darren personally put in then I'm quite sure it wouldn't have happened. Everyone at the agency are extremely professional, friendly, polite and care about their clients and their sales. They were with me from the beginning to the end and I never felt alone on the journey. If you want to sell or buy a property, I would highly recommend using Equity Estate Agents as they are extremely reliable and won't let you down.

GoogleUnprofessional is an understatement. We had a viewing for house in Enfield on a Saturday afternoon for which we had travelled an hour to get to. The owner of the house had taken the house off the market on Thursday and informed Equity. Equity didn’t bother to let us know, and when we turned up at the house and then called them to find out what was going on their response was “We called you yesterday”. We then noticed we had 1 missed call, but no voicemail, no messages, no subsequent attempts at a follow up. Not even the decency to apologise. I would avoid using them at all costs

Being a landlord for the first time is daunting. Gina and Snr partner Mark met with me at my home and gave me reassurances that my property would be properly cared for. Having a Snr partner with years of experience there to answer my questions made me feel very important (big tick!) Gina is great. She is lovely and professional at the same time! Equity offered me competitive rates, took great photo's and within weeks my property was snapped up! My handover to the management Team was also seamless.
