Approached Barnfields with a view to obtaining an idea of how much rent I could expect to receive on my property. Was contacted by Ross, who obtained some details and booked a visit to the property. On the day, he arrived armed with research he'd conducted on the local area, inspected the property and sat down to discuss our options and to communicate his own thoughts. It was clear he was extremely knowledgeable and diligent, and followed up our meeting by sending through a report with his findings and opinion.
