Since moving to Enfield, Barnfields were the first agency to support us with viewings as we began the process of buying our first home. They have been professional, reliable and easy to trust from start to finish. Now that we are finalising our paperwork, I am so glad we chose Barnfields. Me and my partner had been looking for rental houses for a few months before we came across Barnsfield, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning of our search until we finally got our home, the service Nicole and Ross provided was beyond amazing. Communication with both of them was super easy, and they truly went the extra mile to help us. Ross even made time to show us the house after his work hours, which we really appreciated. I was in a situation where I had just sold my property and was in a quick need to rent a property before purchasing a new property, I saw an ad on rightmove where I attended the viewing with Nicole, I explained to Nicole the urgency that I needed to quickly find a new home, she was unbelievable, Nicole went further and beyond to help me secure a new home, Nicole was in constant communication with me and together with her Manager Ross I was given the good news of the property ready for signing after references were completed! We had to find a new rental to upsize as the family baby is now a big girl and needed more space. We found a lovely property nearby and got in touch with Barnfields. Overall a great experience, which is a plus, as moving can be stressful at times. We were shadowed by Nicole throughout the whole process (which took only a couple of weeks), and she was professional and friendly, with a naturally positive and helpful attitude. We recently rented our 3 bedroom house through Barnfields in Enfield. We spoke with a number of other estate agents in Enfield but went with Ross from Barnfields due to his professionalism and friendly manner. We weren't disappointed, Ross was truly amazing; listened to our requirements and found us a tenant who matched perfectly with our expectations. Ross is not your typical estate agent, he is thoroughly professional, patient, extremely helpful and above all works extremely diligently for his clients.
