GoogleWe bought our house through Barnfields, and I'm sorry to say was really unhappy with the service. They barely put in any effort with the purchase, and our seller felt the same. They were pretty useless with getting any information about our chain, and rarely called back when they said they would. The manager Darren was managing our purchase and was hard to get hold of and unresponsive. Of course the purchase did go through in the end but this was not down to any effort made by Barnfields. On the day of moving in, we had trouble with the seller vacating the property after we had been given the keys. We called them to sort this out and Darren did not return the call or even ask us in the coming days if we were sorted. No aftercare whatsoever. I sadly would not recommend this estate agent for selling or buying.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleI bought 2 properties through Barnfield. TONY GEORGIOU is an experinced Mortgage Consultant. He covers all mortgage stages professionally, and very friendly with the Clients. Darren Darwin is a manager of the branch. He helped me a lot with other aspects. Lucy, Natalie… all other people are lovely and welcoming people whenever I contact Barnfield. Thank you all!

Ross has been so helpful, dedicated, understanding and thorough in his approach to finding the right tenants. He responds to emails and calls and is always positive and professional . GoogleI bought two small houses in Enfield as my retirement plan. I bought them through Barnfields and have been renting them out through Barnfields. Every time there is a change of tenants, I return to Barnfields to find the next ones. The most recent change of tenants was at the beginning of November this year. In particular I was impressed with Nicole. She was always there to help at every turn, even at very short notice. Always exceptionally cheerful & positive, but also honest. As a landlord honesty is a very important attribute! I will certainly return to Barnfields next time & look forward to working with Nicole again.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic and would recommend to everyone. We were moving from Bristol to London which was already difficult but made so much easier by Nicole. Due to not being in the area she was so quick to offer us a video viewing and helped us so much. I was also so grateful with the speed in which everything was sorted out. Nicole even found ways around us needing to travel all the way there for little things which we were so grateful for. She kept constant contact and gave us updates whenever she could. We were so happy with the service we have received and couldn’t thank her enough.

GoogleMy parents and I have just had a fantastic experience with Barnfields Enfield with a special shout out to the amazing Vicky who literally couldn't do enough for us. All the staff were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We even got a Welcome Pack with drinks and chocolate. The best part of all though is that we weren't actually a customer of Barnfields (as we just purchased through them) and we never paid them a penny but still received such a great service! GoogleWe had the good fortune to be sold a property by Lucy at Barnfields and even though she wasn’t ’our’ estate agent her service was thorough, thoughtful and professional as were her colleagues. She always replied to our communications and took the time to follow up with others in the chain. It is not a surprise that Barnfields lead the sales market in Enfield as they are a pleasure to work with and treat you as a human being rather than a sales figure.

GoogleTony Georgiou at Barnfields is a top mortgage advisor. He will treat and advise you like he would his own friends and family members. Always kept me informed and was open and honest even though I would ask a million questions. Would definitely recommend! I previously went to speak to my bank as this was my first mortgage, and in comparison, speaking to Tony was completely different. Tony has deals across all lenders but most importantly he recommended a mortgage that fit my budget and explained why it should be that mortgage. Couldn’t be happier!
