Me and my wife just bought our new place through Barnfields. These guys were professional throughout, answered all our emails and questions in a timely manner and the deal closed in about 4 months which we were quite happy with. Particular shout out to Vicky wright who showed us round various properties and put up with lots of emails and Lucy for closing it out. Defo recommend ask for Vicky!

The Rental Introduction service provided.by Ross Kesley from Barnfields Enfield was delivered in professional and affective manner. Ross was always very attentive and always came with options and suitable recommendations. Would be happy to engage with him again. This would have been 5 star review but for the delay by the central support department to process the rental agreement and release the balance of first month’s rent minus the fees. Unfortunately this is a symptom of large company bureaucracy, this was not the case in the past having dealt with Barnfields locally at branch level.

i am really dissapointed and disgusted with the way things have gone. i was dealt with by Ross who initially showed me a beautiful property which i was ready to proceed with. After providing everything he requested, he went completely ghost for a week not answering my calls or emails which i then had to go to the office and he explained to me he is also happy to go ahead and has everything he needed from me. baring in mind i have limited time i need to be moved into the property by, again he has gone completely ghost on me knowing how important it is for me to get a property. i have a couple friends and family members who have dealt with Ross in the past and he has done the same thing with them. just wasted everyone’s time. so if you are looking to rent or buy a property and your dealing with ross i suggest you find elsewhere or be prepared to have your time wasted.
