We rent a flat, as they said really "proud" this flat because they managed over 8 years, didn't do nothing in the flat last few years.( washing machine, boiler, radiator, lights, balcony door, refrigerator etc.) after when we reported issues, slowly action followed(many days sending emails phone calls etc.) So I'm really disappointed with this team.
