Poor service from this Branch, went to view flat for a cash purchase and emailed an offer, no response from them, even tried to call and it always goes to voicemail. Even when I went to view the flat the agent didn’t know anything about the flat, no double glazing but according to him it’s has, didn’t know if the flat had an up to date EICR, knew nothing about the central heating and water system. What is the point of him showing us the flat if he knew nothing about it and can’t answer basic questions.

Bairstoweves have been the managing agent for my property for over 5 years. I have now decided to sell and the service has been nothing short of brilliant from both the sales and the lettings team. Horrid branch with a disappointing service. I would not advice anyone to let from this branch. They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

I was very satisfied by all the staff at Bairstow Eves in Enfield Town, as soon as you walk in the door they are very welcoming and create a comfortable environment to be in. I would especially like to thank Shakir Ahmed for all his hard work in helping me and my family with our property. He is very polite, has great communication skills, is very warm and has given us such good advice that it was so easy for us to finally make a desicion. Truly an awful experience, they got me to sign the contract and even told me to put the utilities into my name and then informed me the current tenants were not leaving. When I asked for my holding deposit back they promised it within 3 to 5 days and on the 6th day I'm still waiting. You'll understand why estate agents have such a poor reputation once you deal with these guys. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity. Truly awful experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Started Great with Darryl the manager, than all went downhill, he left so all his staff, there was no one to deal with as it become a ghost estate agent with only the mortgage adviser working there no one from sales as they all as mention left, a cover was sent in from another branch as a sales advisor he had too much on his plate to deal with( he tried his hardest not his fault it's the overall corporation way of working), my advise stay away from this massive estate agent (countrywide) as one day you have a fully staffed estate agent the next day they all gone, wasted 6 weeks with no one trying to sell my property, I'm furious, their area manager pretended nothing happening at the beginning until faced with reality. look at their record they are the lowest performing agency in terms of sales.

Sadly I was very disappointed with my experience with the lettings here. They are very convincing face to face, but there are far too many hidden fees that they do not tell you about. The property management team was appalling, NEVER EVER LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY PLEASE - they do not answer tenants or landlords for weeks. We had a leak that wasn't resolved and ended up causing more damage than necessary - we are currently taking legal action against this company for negligence.
